The new manager Jerry is the friendliest and most caring person I know in that establishment. Always making dad jokes, getting to know customers and asking for genuine feedback on the food and service. The review prior to this one is a complete falsehood made up by an angry man who was asked not to park in reserved parking (which even has towing signs posted) for handicapped and disabled guests. The man was not a paying customer, but a guest at the Starbucks next door. Jerry politely asked the man to move his vehicle after it had been over 30 minutes since he parked. The man stated he would “be over to move when he’s done” and took his time to do so. Once he was in the vehicle, he sat waving and smiling at Jerry from inside the car passive aggressively sipping his beverage , and stayed parked until Jerry held up his phone to call the tow truck company. There are several witnesses to verify all this information to be true. I also noted the review was edited, and some of the outrageous claims were omitted or changed recently. Strange behavior to be sure. Instead of reacting so violently to a simple request out of respect for our elderly and disabled guests, why don’t you park in front of Starbucks next time since that’s the establishment you were actually in? I mean if there were only 4 parked cars in the lot like your review said, you would have had plenty of space to park closer in the proper location :) Shameful behavior and terrible libel and slander to say the least. Do better.

Justin and carrie were very kind and helpful! Being from Chicago I'm pretty picky about my pizza, so I was happy to be reminded of home! We got a deep dish and a thin crust and I wish we had one closer to us. This location is moslty take out with limited table space but perfect for a quick stop! Outdoor seating also available.

Hello all! Usually I like to keep my opinions to myself, I’m not a very outgoing person when it comes to expressing my own opinions of a place…or person. But, I work at this establishment, and love their pizza…I have to since I make it myself! I also work closely with the manager being blasted by this upset man. I just wanted to give out my account of the story as I was here for the interaction. My manager Jerry, since the very first day of me working here has ALWAYS been the most outgoing, wonderful, welcoming person. The gross accusations of what my manager has done is completely false. Firstly, we have one spot reserved for Rosatis customers, the spot this gentleman was in. In our area, we do have a lot of surrounding gated communities with elderly customers coming in. This spot is reserved for them. Jerry, politely asked the gentlemen in the Starbucks to move his car for these customers as there were plenty of spots closer to Starbucks for his use. Since he stated there were 4 cars in the lot, plenty closer to the door. Jerry runs a tight ship around here. The last thing he would do is raise his middle finger to anyone, customer or non customer. This gentleman, sat in his car and glared into our store, intentionally taking the spot for at least 45 minutes. Our store is also never locked at this time. This is our prime lunch/dinner time and we have a lot of people coming in and out of our restaurant. Our cameras, pointed directly at that spot, show the interaction outside and the cameras inside will show the same. Both of which, showing a different story to which this man is stating. Future customers, current regulars, please do not let this one bad review of our wonderful manager deter your hunger or view of our restaurant because someone was having a bad day and took it out on our establishment. We are a wonderful place, with wonderful people, with wonderful food. We look forward to your business and all your smiling faces.

Perfect Chicago style crispy pizza crust and delicious Italian sausage with fennel seed mixed in for the best Italian experience. Friendly atmosphere. Rosati’s Pizza is a MUST try it!

They make the bast Hawaiian pizza we've ever had. Other menu items are also tasty but we keep going back for the Hawaiian. Staff is very nice.
