Food was good and served relatively fast. Richard helped me out with my order with good recommendations as I wasn’t sure on what I wanted, overall good establishment great customer service, will definitely be coming back.

The food was good. Had the Tropichop. The grilled chicken was tasty but a bit dry. The employees seemed drained from the lack of ac. It's one thing to be in there for a 20 minute meal, but I can't imagine trying to work in that environment where the only way to make it is with three 90 dB fans blowing. Fix your ac! If not for the patrons, do it for your poor employees. It is my understanding that it's been like this for months. Plural.
Chicken is awesome the flavor is unique real Latin flavor! Lady on front desk was pretty busy she needs help but she was very courteous and helpful....the BUT was the place is terrible I didn't see nobody cleaning the tables and the restroom needs to be clean
Clean and friendly service. No indoor seating, but drive thru and out door seating is available. Tried the new Cuban sandwich and it was very good.
I love going every afternoon to get food for my children, the Drive Thru cashier is always kind and has an amazing charisma, more cashiers like her.
This is the only one that is decent in the area. Pollo Tropical has gone downhill in every location, I’ve been to some here and south Florida area they’re all the same pretty much. They used to be so good and delicious and not it’s barley been great . I’ve been to this location and it was decent but not delicious. It seems they were clean and the employees were nice and respectful but I think it’s just a management problem all over!
Stained pollo tropical. I got the chicken and mojo pork… my favorite sauce is the curry mustard. Been eating that sauce for as long as I can remember.
