Here is my 2 cents. The food is great. I had Pangasius dinner. It is similar to cod and just as tasty. The fish was fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside moist on inside. The hushpuppies were delish. Fries aaa just fries. They make their own sweet tea. Good not great. Over all a outstanding meal.
Now chit chat. It is located in the old part of Fort Myers. It has been here for 40 + years. Its a fish market. Expect some flies. It is mostly to go. 1 table. No a/c. Not for the chic or foo foo designer nose in the air people. Just good down to earth food. I was told if you buy (frog legs or alligator) they will cook it for you. It not on the menu.So when in the need for salt of the earth real working folks food.
You must come here. A great meal or sandwich awaits.

Excellent fish sandwich!!!!!. The fish sandwich shown here (pangasius) is 4 to 5 stars. we have also purchased fresh grouper, shrimp, pangasius, and snapper for cooking on the grill at home and have never had a bad product. it's worth the drive for a fresh fish sandwich. you will never regret it.
GREAT whole in the wall. What a find at the real Farmers Market (Edison Avenue) in Ft Myers. Only seating is outside. You get huge portions for the money. Ordered two Pangasius small sandwiches with tarter sauce. Pangasius is a very mild fish and used to be called imitation Grouper until the Federal Government told the fish industry that you need to call it what it is. It was prepared to perfection and was incredible tastee. I believe this is one of the best buys in Ft Myers for a sea food lunch and place to purchase fresh seafood to take home. Need to get back here to try the Conch Fritters, Hushpuppies and Crab Rolls!
Very fast service and the sandwich was delicious. Just wish they took orders over the phone.
Found this hole in the wall hotspot though Google. Food was really good, some of the BEST hush puppies and okra we've ever had. Super busy (lunch time when we came) got out our food quickly though. Only small drawback is when you're driving to it, you go through industrial side of town so if you don't have a map app you might drive past it.

Hands down best fish sandwich I've had in Florida. Conch fritters also delicious. Mullet seems popular as other patrons always ask for it. I go weekly now. Try it, you won't regret it. Just FYI closed Mondays, I always forget

This is my very favorite place to get a fish sandwich during my visits to Fort Myers! The fish is delicious and eliminated sweet enough to put you into a sugar coma. The staff is always pleasant. It's important that it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. since the hurricane it has not opened back up in the building but is in a red food truck just inside the fence of the farmers market.
Don't judge a book by its cover! Cheap and delicious food. Had the soft shell crab sandwich and wish I had ordered 2. Mullet sandwich was great and so were the hush puppies and fries. Prefect example of the "hole in the wall" place that locals try to keep secret. Don't forget to try and win a free dinner from their box!

Love this place, I usually get the fish sandwich with fries for lunch...never disappoits. Shrimp is also very good!!!
Fish markets got the best pengus sandwich you will love other sandwiches as well boxes of panga sandwiches catfish grouper fried okra crabs you got to go there and try them all you won't regret it as the only place I go to buy fish unless I make it myself you're missing out if you don't go they also have drinks their lemonade iced tea homemade go there and enjoy oh and by the way they just opened back in November very happy to see them back
