Food was great …Our server Kelly was awesome. When we walked in we were initially told that they might have an open table. Then another employee rudely comes by and tells us to sit at a high top at the bar or basically go somewhere else. Then the girl who brings the food out practically throws it on the table. Doesn’t ask if we need anything with our meal, just dumps the plates and bolts.Kelly did a great job and food was amazingly good. Made up for employees with less than adequate customer service skills.
Things started off rocky while entering the place and having an attentive waitress. BUT after speaking with the manager he was VERY serving to the complaint my family and I had.
We were provided a new waitress and experienced GREAT service.
The food was absolutely delicious 🤤!

Great choice for wings, burgers, and other bar-food type options. Drinks too, of course. Many sauces to choose from between sweet or mild and very spicy, so definitely an option for everyone. This location can get busy on the weekends and during games, but we usually are still able to be seated pretty quickly. Service is always quick and everyone is friendly. Added bonus, they just remodeled this location!!
Caleb, our server, and Leigh, the restaurant manager, were the highlight of our visit. They were both extremely friendly and attentive. The wings were also very tasty.
I absolutely love Bufallo Wild Wings. I do not go too often so I build up the desire for wings even more. Love the new Bourbon BBQ sauce. Always a great stop!!
I ordered carry out over the phone because I was having issues with the app. The employee I spoke to on the phone (I don’t remember her name) was extremely helpful with getting the order put in. I live in Naples and didn’t realize until I got home that my order was missing 10 wings. I called and spoke to Raul, the manager working at that time. He was very kind and apologetic, and generously made the situation right. Thank you for the great customer service!! I’ll be back very soon!
Been a while since we have been but.. first time I have ever had garlic parmesan wings the were extremely spicy 🌶... ?! Other winger were great a little on the small side. Frank was super nice and very friendly and helped us get the best bang for our buck!!

Such great service! I love to meet my girlfriends here. I also love to come here after a fun time at Defy with the kiddos. They are open late and have a the full menu available. I’ve had Crystal as a server four times already and she never disappoints. She is attentive, quick with her service and always makes sure we have what we need. My dining experience has been wonderful here everytime! The food is delicious and always tastes and looks fresh. I also notice that the staff is always keeping up on the cleanliness, I appreciate that everyone does their part.

Best wings i have ever had, so many different options, service was excellent and a great casual environment.
I had a fantastic experience with Brody at Buffalo Wild Wings! He effortlessly managed our large party of 20+ with impeccable attentiveness. Our drinks were always full, and he ensured that everyone's separate checks were accurate. Brody's exceptional service truly deserves all the praise.
