This was one of the cleanest Taco Bell’s I have been in here in Florida. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back when in the area! Food was delicious as well!

Mexican pizza tastes off and food looked like it was thrown together.
Normally never get an upset stomach from fast food but this time it torn my hubby & myself up.
Maybe just a bad batch or maybe it does matter which Taco Bell I go too.

Great taco bell!! I've eaten here about 6 times one time my steak was a little dry and you're going to need to request extra sauce (double check) but besides that everything is great! Employees are awesome, food is delicious! Highly recommend especially over other taco bells in area. They also take Covid precautions seriously big ups!!! Pic is of grilled cheese burrito (limited availability) highly delicious!! Oh in response to some of the below reviews.. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes but I usually go around 4:30-5:45 PM or late night. Also employees always awesome! Sometimes Spanish speakers sound like they are bickering when they are just having fun es un chiste bro ;)
I highly recommend downloading the app and ordering online. They have been severely short staffed since Covid started. It also gives you the ability to order before you get there and earn free food rewards.
I went to this established after a long ride back home from Miami. I was wanting some good food that was cooked well and done right that would not only fulfill my stomach and satisfy my taste buds. I must say this Taco Bell delivered just that. We decided to go into the lobby to rest our legs we figured it would be a nice breather to go inside. We are welcomed by two kiosk my brother and I which we were able to quickly place our order exactly how we wished it to be made. We had time to sit down maybe for 2 minutes before our names for called. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a burrito supreme. Both were exactly how I asked them no tomatoes. They had the most perfect balance of meat and ingredients that I'd ever had from a Taco Bell. This was by far my best Taco Bell experience ever. My brother was equally satisfied. I would recommend this Taco Bell over any other Taco Bell in the area if you're ever in the mood to run for the border.
After multiple visits in both drive-thru and restaurant, all the employees working here are friendly and care about good customer service. The restaurant was impeccably clean. Very impressive.
Food was fantastic. Place was clean. Server was fun and lively. Made great recommendations. I had a great time with me and my mom.

Absolutely one of the best taco Bell stores in Fort Myers. Hands down to the taste and quality of food. The staff is so friendly and nice. If I had enough money I'd go there everyday lol.
