The regional manager left a cigarette dispenser in the middle of the parking lot and where i could not see it when i picked up his employee. Now i have a large scratch in the rear door and a big dent and scrape in my passenger door.
This should have never happened.
Arby's needs to pay for my damages.
Purchased a big roast beef sandwich for my boyfriend, which he said was good and had a ton of beef. I got a strawberry lemonade, it had a great flavor but was very sweet for me. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very helpful, friendly, and had a lovely welcoming smile.
This is a good Arby's. You'll get hot fresh food. Sometimes a little slower but Id rather have fresh food that's right.
Thomas, I think the manager, not sure, he was stupendous, an absolute pleasure. He noticed my wife was pregnant and brought the food to the table. Food is always good at this location
That was my first visit to Arby's. Based on google reviews(3.5/5), I decided to go there. But, I didn't expect the food to be so good. To my surprise, it was way over my expectations. Customer service was excellent. I ordered a chicken burger meal, creamy orange shake, 6 piece chicken nuggets, and a separate chicken burger. It was very fulfilling for 2 people and, most importantly, the taste was very good. Curly fries were very tasty. The spicy hot sauce was very nice, and the coke was also better than many other places where the coke would taste bland. The ambiance was not so extraordinary, but it was neat and tidy. Overall, tastewise, it is better than McDonald's and Burger King, on par with Wendy's and Chick-fil-A. Vice versa for price.
Quick easy and easy out but two Arby's roast beef sandwiches and a chocolate shake service was prompt would definitely come back again
This is by far the cleanest, fastest, most professional, Arby’s I have ever been to, in all of my 43 years of life!
