Considering this is fast food. You really can’t ask for much more. Food is usually pretty fresh. For the price point you really can’t beat it. The atmosphere is definitely basic. I sometimes prefer this location. It’s not as busy as the one in Cape Coral. The service is alright. They ran out curry mustard. 😔
I have to say, i’ve been to many Pollo locations throughout Florida but this one has to be the best. The customer service was excellent, my cashier Cameron was professional, and more than helpful. He helped me every step of the way through my order, and even when I made a mistake he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. The food and customer service was comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. Clean and organized seating area. If you are down in Florida for vacation, or just a resident I can’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be at this location more often.
First time there, we Had the duo platter and trio platter. All meat and chicken had a great seasoning and flavor. The beef on the trio platter was the best so tender and flavorful, pork on the duo was very good also. Will definitely go back to try the Tropichop bowls.
I went to get 2 family meal ,didn't have dinner rolls cashier denied to replace for something else, really bad at customer service ,grill lady very professional trying to help every body on their side and my side , employee whith Jamaican dread forgot his name very helpful and polite with the best customer service . The manager needs to get training and staff also . They replace dinner rolls for a regular yuca because I requested and speak to a manager with a not good attitude. Have 3 Restaurant and this situation will not happen because customer service is very Important.
The assistan Manager Israel was such excellent person to me. I really will comeback to this pollobtropical at please 41 south..thanks soo very much.
They do some things well and some things not so well. They're Cuban sandwich is really good and they have garlic cilantro sauce that is my favorite of sauces from just about everywhere.
The manager Rich was absolutely delightful, I accidentally ordered the wrong plate and I insisted on paying, he would not let me, and just had such great customer service. Thank you Rich, we will definitely be in again!!
Our food was delicious, my hat's off to the the cooks who are working like crazy in the back. The front help was truly pitiful. The girl at the checkout counter squeezed us in when not looking at her phone. I asked if something was good, the answer was, "Oh, I don't eat here!". The girl at the other end of the counter seemed just as interested in service, lol! But, it's kind of the state of service you get everywhere these days, so I'm not going to be too judgemental on that front other than there should be more oversight by management over the front end staff with more accountability.
Love pollo tropical! We have to visit everytime we come here!!! Loved the new Cuban sandwich. The plantains are my favorite.
The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The prices are excellent. The counter person was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was very clean.
