This place is totally different than what it was before. So much faster and nicer employees and the food is great. Comes to support a local business
I live by the mall and I eat at the Burger King location. Never had a bad experience there in general. But my best experiences every single time is when the server "katie" is working and now I stop by even if I don't feel like Burger King because she makes my experience that much better. She's kind ,genuine, professional, can handle the pressure of her job and her demeanor will stay the same.
The food is always fresh here! The new manager that took over a couple months ago is really doing her thang with satisfying all the customers and bringing them back for more.. well at least me for that matter!
First of all many of you should pay attention to detail before posting your SHADY comments. Neither of the burger kings you’re commenting on were involved on the so called unethical practices supposedly made towards law enforcement. Try going a little further south on Cleveland to the Burger King right across from the Bell Tower adjacent to the Ross Plaza. The Burger King in the mall does NOT have a drive thru as opposed to the one across the street. I’m not a FAST FOOD fan of any food chain. If I owned either of those Franchises I would sue the city for being falsely accused. If you took the time to write a review I’m sure you also submitted your complaint online and the system would NOT have allowed you to proceed without providing adequate information which is located on the front of the receipt. Most of the reviews say a lot about your character uneducated hoping for a handout.
I just love me a good ole fashion whopper with extra onions and cut it in half please. Plus a fry and a cherry freeze. And maybe a pie for dessert.
Everything about this restaurant is unmatched. It is inexpressible how wonderful this Burger King is
This place in the mall cook to order. Not always the fastest, but it's hot and fresh
They just remodeled and a whole new staff. Fast friendly service.
