I drive past 2 Dunkin Locations to come here every morning at about 6 am. I, too, run a breakfast business and can attest to days where people are not at their best, so the positive vibe and attitudes are what make me bypass the other 2 locations. Not only are they quick to serve but manage to recignize my voice in drive up, and I can hear a smile theu the speaker. KUDOS to the manager who BTW is my guest at my restaurant as well 👌🏽
I've been to other Dunkin stores around the area including Cape Coral, but this place has the best Avocado bacon toast ever! The other Dunkin stores don't even come close. Their coffees and donuts are equally as great! Other stores need to take a lesson from them and their wonderful employees!

I’m so very picky with my coffee. It usually takes the employee several tries to get it. When I can go in, order what I want without being asked “u sure?”, AND get my coffee handed to me right the first time… you get all the stars today dunkin!!!!
I ordered at this store but went to another, so I called and the GM answered and said I could come get it or the next time I was in the area she would make it good. That was very nice. It was not that big of deal, it was all my fault. But Thank You for the offer.
Cant go wrong with coffee and donuts. My children wanted to know all donuts available and the poor drive through attendant listed everyone available which took her close to a minute to list off all that were available to purchase for that day, I can't imagine how many times a day she does this! Had the pumpkin 🎃 spiced latte, a basic B fall essential 👌 🤣 and we got half a dozen of Halloween and other varieties of 🍩. Sausage egg and cheese on croissant is always my go too. We added the hasbrowns (two packs)one is not enough for my three growing boys. Tried the Bacon 🥓 Snack, which is bacon with a maple 🍁 flavoring on them, very decadent.
Went quickly through the drive through! No qualms about it! The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Been a Dunkin Fan for a long time.
Just wish the drinks were made the same at all locations. Like Starbucks does. Can't seem to get my iced caramel coffee made right anymore no matter which location I go too.
Employees always look very overworked and stressed so give them five stars keeping their cool.
Maybe because stores understaffed.
