The drive through is amazing! Both in service and in speed. The drive through attendendent has such a positive and upbeat personality.

The sandwiches were delicious, price was reasonable and the service was friendly and accommodating. We were there at noon which meant seating was a bit difficult but it also indicated how the locals enjoy it. You won't be disappointed.

I accidentally ordered takeout after hours and there was a problem refunding my card. Called store to sort out with staff and they couldn't have been more helpful. And got store credit for my troubles. Thank you Jimmy John's!

Very nice clean location with an exceptionally nice and friendly staff. We preordered a bunch of sandwiches and even incorrectly ordered one of the meals. They corrected the sandwich and didn’t charge us for it. Thank you!!! We’ll definitely be back.

I have a complaint. I am a retired vet and I get discounts all the time when I am traveling and go to a Jimmy Johns. Most of the store websites tell you vets get 10% off. I stopped here and they said the owner says "NO" discounts to vets. ????? OK... So I gave them a 4. ...Truth be known I love their subs and the staff I dealt with were great. to bad about the discount as I live on a tight budget. every few cents adds up.

Visiting Jimmy John's it's a good experience go through the drive-thru order a sub and it's ready within a minute they do exactly what you want ask if they cut it in half they will do it very good people very good staff affordable pricing good quality food

Good quality and a mixture of ingredients on the sandwiches always bring me back to Jimmy John's. Big plus - they started adding more meat to my favorite California Club sandwich. It's more like it was when it first opened.

Drove all the way to the beach before discovering my sandwich had no lettuce. I was the only customer in there and the guy repeated back to me what I wanted so I am not happy with this mistake especially when I’m spending almost $30 on sandwiches. The lettuceless one is unappealing and going to be tossed so thanks for wasting my money and time. Updating to four stars because I called and they’re gonna remake it would be five stars because the customer service was fantastic but I have to drive out of my way to go get it and if you couldn’t tell by my first review I’m super hangry lol.
