Came in on one of the coldest nights in SWFL to the warmest hospitality Chillis has to offer on my best friends birthday! Brenda was super amazing in fact, ALL the service members were in full action doing the best job possible! During the dinner rush no table went with out being completely spotless, all surfaces for the matter were white glove approved, all patrons needs including are 12 person party were met with fast and super friendly heart warming service. Upon request the crew came out to deliver an awesome and hilarious birthday party song for my friend and deliver a chocolatey surprise! Mangers Kevin and especially Jess were on point to make sure all needs were acquired in swift timing. Thank you Brenda, Ted, Lexsiy, Jess, Shawna, Marisa, Joey, and last but not least Amber! Can’t wait to come for many more party’s!
So as we are slowly opening up here in SWFL it was nice to come here and dine in restaurant...our server Ian was funny and fast...we made a little joke about a fork YouTube and MSM...we all got a laugh...our food was good...my only complaint was my Cesar salad was warm and swimming in dressing so I asked for more lettuce and I was brought a whole nother portion very cold and just mixed the 2 so it worked out great...I ordered soup and salad and my hubby ordered salad and Mexican corn...dont think I got a picture of corn...I would say this was a very pleasant experience overall
Ordered the 6oz sirloin with a house salad instead of the mashed potatoes and added shrimp. Everything was really good. Server was awesome!
Sothe waitress that we had was excellent and the food is always good here and very reasonably priced. I think though that the best part about Chili's is that they have a two-for-one happy hour every night starting at 4:00! :-)

First time we only went for dessert but the pan cookie and ice cream was delicious. Everyone was super nice and welcoming and food came quickly. Great location bedside the Drury hotel.
Last 2 times went for dinner. They are low in staff so you should be understanding if they take a little longer to get to you. We eat in the bar area, so the guy working the bar also had most of the tables in the bar to look after. He was pretty great. A very hard and responsible worker! I'm so sorry I can't remember your name, especially when you clearly remembered us and even our drink order! Both healthy and decadent options. Now one of my favourite restaurants. Prices are very reasonable
First people in the restraunt for lunch. Bar tender was quick to get our drink and food orders. And attentive even as her section quickly filled up. Food came quick, but ribs weren't up to standard imo. I ate em, but won't again. Overall good experience
