This is not my local but I’m really love it. Everything clean and fast. Actually very fast. Just payment and get order (just 45 seconds. It’s make me surprised). Look chicken on my photo. It’s very very nice and juicy (no feelings oil). And staff help me fixed nice combo for my family.
Just had a great experience at this Popeye's that was worth mentioning. Did the drive thru in the later afternoon and got excellent service! The order was fast, accurate, and tasty. The guy in the drive-thru was doing a great job, and apparently, so was everyone else because my food was what I hoped for when I go to eat there. As I left, some employees that went outside said, "Have a nice day!", and I appreciated that. This trip renewed my love for Popeye's! Their chicken sandwiches and fries just can't be beat when done right.
My son is 9 and wanted me to leave this review, there is a gentleman that took his order and he was so kind and had amazing patience with my son while i let him order on his own, my son said his chicken was perfect and that he asked for extra gravy and they gave him a small side cup of it and he asked for an extra biscuit as no charge my son thought that was so nice and it really made his day! I assume this gentleman is a manager because he was wearing a different color shirt that the other employees… he was very kind and the store seemed to be running very nicely. Very impressed with the customer service.
Sandwiches and fries were good. The tenders were very stiff like leather. It is terrible that they let the store outside go. Someone needs to do landscaping and clean up the trash area. It makes you not trust the quality of the food. Staff was friendly.
The drive through was quick and the food was hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich is excellent!
Excellent food and customer service. It was so fast, first time I came bt the drive thru…it was only 65 seconds to get my order, and it was completely right, and then I came at 6pm by the lobby, only 1 minute, congratulations to the new team and management
I went to Popeyes for the first time ever today to try the famous chicken sandwich. The customer service was excellent and the help did such a good job with all the customers who were there. The sandwich on the other hand was just OK. The chicken is good quality and the sauce is well done, but the hype over a really really really great sandwich confuses me. It’s no better than Chick-fil-A. Such a shame that so much violence was done for this mere piece of meat. 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the sandwich, averages out to 4 stars.
