LOVE this Dunkin. Every time I come here and usually I just get an iced latte it's always made so good! Everyone inside is very nice as well. It's the best part of my morning.

Kevin and the other two ladies who work in the morning are fantastic. They have excellent customer service skills. I will always go there for my drink. They always make it just the way i love it. The other dunkins in the area just gave me a nasty iced coffee for a cappuccino. If you want the best customer service, the best coffees , & the best everything else do not hesitate to go to that location. Good job guys🌻❤
Iced Coffee was great! I ordered something I thought it would be something else but it did tasted great just texture didnt like but because I don't like toasted or crunchy food period, not their fault. I recommend definitely
This time I only ordered a Large Hot Orginal Carmel Craze Signature Latte. Sometimes they get it right or times it's a complete disappointment.

Most of the staff are pretty nice and the service tends to be good enough. Never had an issue with the food being as hot or fresh as expected. That said, the wait time inside is always going to be longer than the drive through and sometimes VERY long. This is because the drive through service time is a metric the employees are measured on. This is not their fault, it is a managerial issue. If they flunk, they might get fired. Nobody is going to risk their job over your food and you shouldn't expect them to.
My advice to DD: remember that when a performance target becomes an employee metric, it stops being a good measurement because it gets skewed.
This is a very high demand store with a lot of traffic that has a limited amount of employees. They definitely need more employees and I’ve seen a sign on the menu saying they have to close early due to the limit on employees. I come here a lot and usually sit in line for about 15 min @7-8am. Employees always get my order correct, very respectful and fast paced.
The employees need raises as well as bring more employees in.
I would like to add that the food here is definitely not the best but I’d particularly think that Dunkin’ Donuts has bad food anyways but they definitely need to work on quality and taste as well as cooking it properly. I definitely learned my lesson on wasting money on Dunkin’ Donuts food.
Stoped in to use the internet an had the pleasure to meet Misty at the register. She smiled, said hello, brought me my coffee to the table and all with a bis smile. Coffee taste the same but with people like Misty serving you it tastes 10X better ! Thanks
The morning crew is the best at this location! Tiffany and Kevin are awesome! They always have a smile on their face and make it a great experience.
