Our house is hard to navigate so I called to make sure the delivery driver didn’t get lost. The young lady on the phone was so polite! She even said Ms. Smith people hardly do that anymore! The delivery driver was just as personable and had a great attitude. The pizza was awesome I would even venture to say better than the last few we had gotten from dominos. This is why I ignore most reviews it’s all experience and mine may differ from everyone else’s, but great work should be noted!
It was not easy to place my online order; the associates were very patient assisting me with my online order and they ended up placing my order in the restaurant; my order was correct; and the pizza and honey barbecue wings were hot and delicious.
I was at this location on Palm Beach Blvd in Fort Myers, last night Nov. 3rd, 2023 and they still have very high standards. Everything was very good.
It was so nice to be received by a happy friendly staff in a clean establishment. I was promptly greeted and serviced. The food was properly prepared perfectly cooked I have had bad experiences and other local Pizza Hut establishments and this one by far shines
Haven't had this PH before, but we ordered the big box, it was delish, and the cinnamon rolls.
They went beyond and over my expectations!!! With being pregnant they definitely loaded it with my favorite even though they did not have to!!!! Thank you pizza hut!!!
I’ve ordered multiple times from this location via the app (both delivery and pickup) and each time the food has been outstanding and on time. The delivery drivers were super nice and the employee working the register on the last order was very professional and friendly. Nice job!
We had our pizza delivered from the Pizza Hut on Palm Springs and it arrived hot and delicious. The Cinnabons were good but it seems someone forgot the frosting, it was a sad moment as the frosting makes the bon. Overall service and our driver, great
Pizza is always good! Please bring back the green olives! They are one of our favorite toppings, (yummy, salty goodness!)

We enjoyed the food and the lady that brought our curbside was friendly and thoughtful also was on time. Only wished the cheese sticks had cheese in the center and the triple treat box actually had drawers.
