Ordered online and when I got there. The staff was super friendly with a big smile on her face. My order was ready to go but not only that the staff made sure I had extra condiments and also gave free hats to all my kiddos. And a bonus the food tastes delicious.
If you know then you know Burger King is a fast food joint. And you obviously don’t come for Michelin star food. You come for the convenience of it being fast food and you want some good burgers and not just Mickey D’s. You’ll get good service and good food here. While at the same time maybe even see a fight or two here or a argument with customers who have no patience. But overall. Good food and workers with a lot of patience. Hence the empty bag of food. Good and convenient. 👍🏽
The people that work the drive through are always so nice. It’s like a Chick-Fil-A quality. They always look nice and their uniforms are nice and the food is always good and hot. Very clean as well.
This is the cleanest, nicest BK in all of Fort Myers. I don't mind dining in with my family at this location because of how well taken care of it is! Great job employees! We will be back.

Burger King almost never disappoints me, and this particular location was not an exception. The restaurant was clean, as expected, and the lady who took our order who kind and helpful. We used coupons.
I dont know what it is. Normally Im a McDonald's fan but here lately Burger King has been my go to place for a good and affordable meal. I typicallu go for a burger but I thought I'd give the nuggets a try this time. They were actually pretty great. They dont taste overly greasy or sogger like some other places serve. They hactually had a little crunch on the outside and nice and tender on the inside. I dont much mind the way they are preserved as long as they are enjoyable. The service was good too. I may have been fortunate because it was a slow day but I live not to far away from here and I've always had a good experience. Thank you for the good service. I'll be back!
Great service and food quality compared to other locations. I remember when this one first opened and managers were in there training and everything was 100% on point. It’s not as good as it was then but still fantastic. So I keep visiting this location over the others.
The food was fresh the nice African American lady in the drive thru was very sweet and patient while my 8 year old made up her mind about the order. Thank you 😊
Staff was a little irritated at first but wanted up to us rather quickly. They were irritated because they were supposed to be closed to dining room guests but someone forgot to lock the door, which we were beyond grateful for because d we were walking, and there was a flooof customers behind us. The food was exceptionally fresh and our service was very fast and correct.
