Have been a long-time customer always satisfied with the pizza/cookie or whatever I have ordered' however, the workers have been superb, always pleasant and in control under some (what I considered) severe circumstances. Not only have I been a customer for years; I am a frequent customer as well.

Everyone here is working so hard and not giving up!! Be patient if you ever have to wait!! It's Totally worth the wait and your food will be fresh and yummyy!!!

I've been ordering from the Bluffton Rd. PapaJohns for several years now, and it's always been good. For the most part. But my order last month was totally wrong. Tonight, I ordered The Works on the Epic Stuffed Crust and the pizza in the photo included in this review is how it came. Granted, the order last month was delivered by DoorDash, but tonight's order came directly from PapaJohns. You know, when delivering pizzas you need to keep them horizontal. The reason for the 4-star review is that I actually got to speak to a manager right away this time who corrected this problem. Customer service goes a long way.
