Great service. Food was delicious and compliments their nice selection of wine and beer. Cheese plate is better than all the other wine places on Magnolia.
Wonderful hole in the wall with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The D.J. was good and their unique food offerings made it feel almost like a 5 star restaurant. The owner saw my glass was empty and personally made a few recommendations. My type of lounge I will be back!

I'd like to see more customers here. The service was very good, staff noticed when our drinks were low, and asked if we had questions about menu items, answers were even provided! The atmosphere is quiet, and promotes conversation with low music.
It was excellent. The chef there is magical. If you love yourself even a little, you should try it. The atmosphere is super neat and fun, it was quiet and the food was excellent. We will go again.
Very cool little spot. Quiet but busy. Good beer and wine selection. Nice selection of small plates. A great place to start or finish the night.
Good place to have some drinks. The staff is good. The only thing that needs is food , but then again it is a drinking place. Other thing I notice is that the lighting is not very bright outside. But overall it is a good place , highly recommended.
44 Bootlegger now has a chef. So, in addition to the alcohol and atmosphere, 44 Bootlegger has a limited but delicious menu. Jaime Fernandez is creating a menu of bistro selections. My wife and I had the Croque Monsieur, the Bolognese, and a lemon tart for desert. Make sure you try the "frites!" They're the best fries I've had in a long time.
Excellent menu, superb service. I went for live music on a Wednesday evening and listened to classical guitar. Very cozy atmosphere.
Good beer and wine list with a beer aficionado behind the bar. Good place to grab a table and have a round or six.
