I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and my meal was good. The staff was nice, but they took a while to appear before ordering. I guess it's because they have self-ordering tablets. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and lemonades to choose from. Clean place.
You know what you going to get here. The focus on online ordering has definitely decreased the in satire customer experience. It used to be they had someone roaming the store clearing plates and ready to assist with anything you need. Now there were dirty tables and overflowing dish bins.
We pre-ordered, they were super quick with our order and everything was correct!
The smoothies from Panera are delicious - especially the mango one with Greek yogurt
I had the greek salad and the tomato soup. Both were delicious, and I loved the fact that the soup was really hot, not just semi-hot. They came with a drink and an apple. “Panera Bread” is very spacious and you can also sit outside. The service is quick and everything is clean and welcoming.
Don't get me wrong, I've always loved Panera bread. I always manage to leave a little bit hungry, but feeling healthy. The music choice and volume is a bit annoying. Their stores are not as pristine as they used to be, however this location seems to be much nicer than the ones in Arizona. They offer Wi-Fi and great hazelnut coffee, a great chill place to work on the internet. I always bring earplugs.
Best Panera ever!! Sweetest staff! We lost our toddler’s toy in the trash and Panera’s team (Esperanza and Mike) actually dug through the trash to find our toddler’s toy!! Definitely recommend this branch!
Tried the green goddess cob salad! It was so yummy! And the broccoli and cheese soup is always a win!
Only reason I gave 4 stars for service was that I wasn't made aware that they were out of fruit cups which I paid for but when I got my food, I didn't realize it wasn't there until almost the end of the meal. Went to ask about getting my fruit salad and was informed that they were out of stock on them. They attempted to make it right by letting me choose a side, which I just got a piece of French bread but I was still kinda miffed.
I probably could've gotten a refund on the fruit cup I bought but I was too full at that time to care anymore. I know it gets really busy in the kitchen but shouldn't I get some kinda information if something I purchased is out of stock? If it was in stock at time of purchase, maybe a note on the receipt notating that? Oh well.
If I'm back in the area, I'll still recommend and visit this restaurant.
Their customer service was amazing. There was an issue that was completely my fault but management went out of their way to fix it and more. The drinks are always stocked and food is always fresh, lettuce and all!!
Fresh and delicious. Edit: to avoid frustration I suggest picking your food up inside when ordering online, don’t choose curbside pickup (Hulen location). You have a better chance of winning the lottery than them actually bringing your food to your car, so save yourself some time and go inside. I have emailed and sent feedback regarding this but it doesn’t seem like something they care to improve. The location on University is the exception here, they always bring your food out, and the service is great. The downside is the hassle it takes getting there and the tiny, cramped parking lot.
