Great food, fresh ingredients, good price, overall good experience.
Service was really good for some reason, probably not being too busy, one specific person gave us almost personalized service; very courteous. Another service member helped us out very well also.
I was surprised to see a new kind of option (dishes) like chicken wings, which you can see in the images I attached; another new option (or back from popular demand) is Hot and Sour soup.
Since it’s a chain, I won’t provide too many more details.
Ordered lettuce wraps and they were delicious. The dining area was clean and well maintained. They weren’t too busy for it being a Friday night. I only have an after photo of my food. :)
Food here is consistently good. Often get delivery and that can be a little slow, but not necessarily a knock on this location. Customization of orders is great especially for picky eaters or food allergies. Can substitute proteins. Decent menu with Asian dishes. Wonton soup has always been a favorite dish.
We have avoided Pei Wei for awhile due to declining service, cleanliness, and quality at varying locations. Rolled the dice today, and were delighted! What a fantastic crew! Courteous and attentive. The food quality was excellent and delicious, and the restaurant was extremely clean. We will return to this location again soon.
I just moved back to the DFW area and ordered takeout from this location last week. I was super impressed. All of the items were included even the extras (such as soy sauce). The food was delicious…. Better than I remember. The pad Thai and chicken fried rice were both amazing. Thank you!!!
Always great food! There was a bit of a wait for the food, but not ridiculously long for what it is-- great food cooked right in the restaurant. We got a little bit of everything, and all of it was phenomenal. We got the lettuce wraps, orange chicken, mango-crab sushi, chicken fried rice, one of their awesome salads, and a shrimp dish. No one was disappointed.
We are so impressed with the manager here. We had a food item that didn’t come out great but the manager made up for it and took great care of us. Just based on great customer service alone I’ll be back again. Thanks for taking good care of us
The restaurant was super clean as well as the bathrooms. Angel was very friendly and helpful. We will be back in a week when we drive through again!
It was clean and food came out fresh. The manager was attentive. This location is a step up from some other locations and I will be back.
If you want good Chinese food cooked consistently every time, you can’t beat Pei Wei. They got a little of everything for anybody.
They have a screen built into the register to look at. They have updated their dining area and kitchen. They have also upgraded their coke machines.
It’s a great family environment but it also provides beer and wine choices for Mom and Dad when they are starting to unravel. Ha.
They also have changing tables in both bathrooms, so if you have a little one, don’t let your husband say he can’t help...he can!
The food is the bomb!
And they have tons of to go parking! You can’t go wrong by coaching Pei Wei!
Our go to is Kung Pao tofu and veggies with brown rice and lettuce wraps. And surprisingly, their sushi is really good too!
