Stopped in for some breakfast this morning at around 6:20 and stood at the counter for about 4-5 minutes and nobody would take my order. Two employees working the front, both made eye contact with me, and one eventually said he’d be with me in a minute but the other was very frazzled and appeared to be upset. Prayers for this young lady that her day gets better. I went to another place for breakfast but it doesn’t change my opinion of Chickfila.
***Edit. I wanted to update this review. Blake from this location reached out to me via telephone and we discussed the mishaps I had previously encountered. He apologized and worked really hard to make things right. He asked me to give them another shot. I did visit the store again today after my daughter begged for Chick fil A for lunch. The drive thru service was top notch. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and gave excellent service. This is the kind of service Chick fil A is all about. Thanks Karen, Mitchel, and BK for being great today and to Blake for taking the time to listen to my concerns with my previous service. We will be back. �
Their tortilla chicken soup is wonderful - can't go wrong with their nuggets either original or grilled. I find sandwiches a bit dry, so you need to definitely get them around lunch time, otherwise it's pure luck getting something fresh.
Other then that, always friendly service at any location I've been too, plenty of seating if you dine in. I wish they were slightly cheaper on prices and I would be there more often.
R William goes above and beyond! He was spreading joy today while waiting on all customers. He was alert and helpful even during his lunch break assuring all customers were happy. R William have the best service I’ve ever seen in any chikfila from Georgia to Texas.
The food was delicious as usual, could've been faster but it was a busy moment in time I could tell. But, due to the busy hours, on Nov. 25, around 3:30 or so, a kind gentleman walked up to me and a friend to strike up conversation as we waited for our food and told us about his pleasant experience as an employee over at this Chick-fil-A location. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but this individual certainly helped to bring up the mood. Certainly a Gold Star employee!
The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, but I made an order for a shake using their "table delivery" feature on their app
My friends had to wait for over 15 minutes for me to get it so we could leave, which made me feel bad. The app stated that the delivery should have taken anytime between 4 and 6 minutes. Other than that slight inconvenience, this is a nice location.

What’s there to say about Chick-Fil-A besides it’s absolutely perfect. The food is always delicious and filling. The customer service is always exceptional. The locations are always clean. One of my favorite fast food places to go eat. I love the chicken nuggets with the various sauces.
My wife and I arrived at Chick-fil-A on a Saturday. The drive-thru was packed, and the inside wasn't any different. We got in line and we're taken care of in less than 3 minutes, and received our food just as quickly. My wife and I always have a wonderful experience when we go to Chick-fil-A, and this time was no different.
It was very busy. I went on the inside. They had a girls volleyball team and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was greeted with a smile and hello may I help you. The food was hot and fresh. I love Chick-fil-A. I can count on one hand as many years I been going here of the not so fresh food or bad service I received
Always fresh and yummy food! But the real treat is Will. He always checks to make sure we have everything we need; refills, sauce, ect. If he's not tending to guest he's cleaning tables or mopping to make sure the place looks immaculate (which it always does). Will is such a nice person and definitely makes me want to keep coming back! Thank you!!
This is a nice clean Chick-Fil-A location. We stop by here sometimes during our travels. Our food orders have all been accurate so far. Food has been as fresh as you can get in a drive up. We usually just grab chicken tenders and iced tea. Great customer service. As expected. Easy to get to this location. No complaints here.
