I recently had brunch at Early Bird in Fullerton and it was fantastic! The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff that made us feel right at home. We ordered a few different dishes to share, including the egg Benedict trio, Chilaquiles with rib eye, steak and eggs, and the blueberry pancakes.
The egg Benedict trio was definitely a standout, with three different variations of the classic dish. Each one was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The Chilaquiles with rib eye were also delicious - the steak was tender and flavorful, and the Chilaquiles had just the right amount of spice.
The steak and eggs were cooked just right, and the blueberry pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted as good as it looked.
Overall, Early Bird is a fantastic brunch spot in Fullerton. The food is top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
Another place I’ve found that has way too low of a rating for what it is. Is this the locals trying to keep tourists away? We walked up and there was a 20 minute wait, but it was worth it. Well worth it. It was absolutely phenomenal. And it looked like only one waiter actually waiting in tablets, he was efficient , kind, and on top of everything. The service was great, the food was amazing. I got the Benny sampler, 3 different egg Benedict’s, and they were probably some of the best egg Benedict’s I’ve ever had. Eggs poached perfectly. The potatoes were delicious as well. I also got the churro waffle and it was fabulous, if I lived here it would be a regular spot for me. And as a visitor, I will be back every time I’m in town.
Great Benedicts of all varieties. Churro waffle is perfect as a dessert with no syrup needed. Baby friendly. Medium sized group friendly.

Recommendation: Very charming small little town breakfast joint. I would recommend the coffee and the chilachilles
The food was good. The smoked salmon waffle sandwich was unique. But 2 sandwiches and waters was $50+ with tip. Not worth it.
Delicious fusion cuisine. Breakfast is off the hook. I highly recommend breakfast and get here early.

The eggs and bacon were typical, the waffle was crisp and tasty, but the star of the day were the hash browns! Nice and crispy with onion, cheese(es), and maybe chives. Crunchy on the outside, soft & smooth on the inside almost like mashed potatoes. So good!! Hands down, the best hash browns I've ever had!
The food was delicious! I’m a pescatarian so I need a variety of options, healthy ones preferred. The staff was very welcoming on a very busy, raining Tuesday morning. The restaurant was clean, staff immediately and kindly greeted us. The restrooms were clean as well, stocked with restroom tissue, drying towels, soap, toilet seat covers, and a clean floor. Ana, our waitress, Was very attentive, helpful and decision making, knowledgeable of products being sold, and multitasking without us feeling neglected. We came here for breakfast Sunday morning and there wasn't much of a wait which was nice. We were seated within 5 minutes. The churro waffle was delicious. The franks country fried chicken was cooked perfectly and the 3 eggs any style was great as well. Refills on the coffee and it was delicious! Downside was that we couldn't have a stroller in there because it is overly crowded but still a bit annoying. Other then that food was great! Service was good as well
