Pho Olivia is one of many great Vietnamese restaurants. The noodle here tastes just right for me. I also like the fried rice. Also all items are under $10. Always love the hot noodle soup in the winter time. Absolutely will come back here if I'm in this area.
Amazing Pho, it cant get much better than this. It has clean floors,tables, chairs, and dishes. The servers are very sweet, and are relatively good at their job. I suggest you come here for a quick stop at this great place to try their pho.

4.5 stars. I normally don't state what I'm giving/why I'm giving a place the rating. I scaled down because similar to other raters, I'm just complaining a little about their prices. 2 spring rolls + dipping sauce (very similar to a certain place in the OC, starts w/ a B, ends with a ordard) for $4.99 is a bit outrageous. Also, $9 for a "large" bowl of pho or bbq pork & egg roll vermicelli.
However, even with the pricing, I'd come back. Why?I'm loving the fact that they don't use MSG. AND they don't have to advertise on their menus. It's refreshing to have a huge bowl of Pho and not have a dry mouth - per the BF.
The service was very good, the server coming by to check up on a us multiple times, plus refilling our drinks. They messed up on my BF's pho, and was happy to change or give us what was missing. BF opted to take the tendons in a different bowl.
I didn't think the broth was bland. I thought it was very clean tasting - why? Because it takes Olivia's Bistro 2 + days to make the broth.
Overall solid food.
Olivia's Bistro is in a small strip lot on Imperial. The store front isn't that impressive - but it's clean and modern looking inside.
The best pho I have ever had I had pho and cold sake.
The staff were very friendly the food was plentiful and so delicious. I will be comming here every week if I could I would every other day
The BBQ pork rice and spring rolls are excellent. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are good.
Brother says the pho is amazing.

The pho is amazing... N1 pho combo! The tender is the best I've had. They have wine here!.. a gem in the wall i love this place.
The Pho here is pretty good. I haven't tried many combinations of the Pho soup, but so far my experience has been well.
The food was quick and very flavorful. Huge portions. And kind, non judgemental staff. Definitely a place to check out
