Came here on a Tuesday afternoon for Taco Tuesday. Their happy hour prices are great, with $3 Domestic beers and $4 Imports/Drafts/and Craft beers. 50¢ Tacos on Tuesdays are a great value, tacos are on the small side but that is to be expected. They also have happy hour pricing on their Burgers and appetizers.
This place is definitely known for the fishbowls. They're dangerously tasty, though you should definitely stir it up since the alcohol might be at the bottom of the drinks. If you come in early, there's plenty of seats but it fills up fast.
Best place to go during Thursday nights because of college nights so its pretty lit during prime hours. Its most famous for their fish bowl drinks, which is basically a concoction of mixed alcohol and fruity flavorings. Known to make even the wisest man into fools and try hards. But its all in good fun. They also serve bar food but honestly too expensive. Just get the fishbowl and leave!
Great Saturday night here. We got there around 9:30 and the line pretty long, we got finally got in after 30 minutes of waiting. We ended up getting 2 fish bowls, the orange and the red fish bowl is definitely yummy!
Palapa Grill
Love love love coming out here all the time! The fish bowls are obviously the main drink of choice here and you can order a half gallon for $22 or a gallon for $38. If it's split with the right amount of people then it's a very decent price for a really fun drink. I would recommend the Red one.
One thing I really dislike is the fact that the drink price includes the tip for the bartenders. In my opinion, the bartenders have terrible service and are hardly worth the $3 or $5 gratuity. Other than that, Palapa is my go-to bar if I'm going to turn up for the night at DTF!
Plus I do have to give them a good rating since this was my first date with my boyfriend, hehe.
My favorite bar to come to. Happy hour is great. Great food. Great drinks. Bartenders are cool. Had lots of fun memories here. It’s been too long. Need to go back soon.
I have to say i really like this place the drinks are out standing. The food is good 2. But its the ppl that make this a great place. I left my phone and wallet here and when i went back the next day all 600$ was still in my wallet.
