This place is great! the restaurant is clean and the food fresh and tasty. I had ordered a combo meal and a BRC burrito and another side but the manager Graciela saw that it was cheaper for me to order the BRC combo and order the rest as individuals and told me about it. She saved me $2.00. She was exemplary in customer service and awesome for helping me save some cash. every little bit helps =)
Busy place at lunch, but service here is friendly. They manage to keep the dining section nicely clean.
Clean location on Imperial Highway. Had the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and the service was great. I asked for extra dressing and the said "No problem " 😊
Food prices excellent service was good food portions flavor pricing excellent as well shall return and we did return so we recommend it as well next time we're in Los Angeles

Great customer service from the moment we ordered. As we were about to finish our meals an employee came to offer us , mints , hand wipes and a to go bag without us even asking. Hands down the best Pollo Loco in town, looks like ill be coming here again when I'm in the area. Love the bell too rang it for great service, left full and satisfied, Awesome oldies music as well 💯

We walked into a clean establishment. We were givem great customer service even behind the mask. We felt it. Good food as always. Will drive here to this location even though we have one closer to us.
