This is my favorite taco place ! They really are the best tacos in town! The flavor is great, staff is friendly and the place is very clean. They have a lot of variety as well. Salsas are tasty too. They were closed for a few weeks and I was going crazy because I really can’t get enough of this place! Glad to be back!
This place is a hidden gem - so much flavor! The tortillas are good - pretty sure they make them in house. The meats are well seasoned and cooked properly, and the salsa bar has several good options. I love their extra spicy salsa! Seriously one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Southern California. I come here about twice a month and it’s always on point with that home made flavor. Way better than most places around here. Prices are great too!
I ordered 3 tacos and I immediately got 3 more. I'd highly recommend this taco shop.
It’s my first time here. So I ordered five out of the seven types of tacos. They are all pretty good though I can’t tell which one is which. So I am going to strongly recommend their shrimp taco. Fresh juicy crunchy shrimps. Another patron spilled his on the floor by accident. They not only clean up right away, also give him another order free of charge. Great service. Great tacos.
Shrimp tacos are quite tasty!
Small tort to with shrimp, pico and a just right chipotle sauce (not too heavy)
Rice is cooked properly with no hard grains
and beans are good too.
Probably 5th time here and. Consistent all the time
Definitely recommended from someone who loves to cook and eat
This place was kind of hard to find but was super busy which is always a good sign. Ponchos Tacos also had glowing reviews so why not, right?
We ordered a taco plate with rice and beans. I had chicken and Al pastor tacos which were pretty good. I couldn't tell if they made the tortillas there but for street taco size they only give you one. If you get everything on them that includes grilled peppers which was cool.
Great service at the counter with knowledgeable staff, who were busy in the open kitchen. Salsa bar on the side with lots to pick from. No fountain machine.
Solid joint, I want to go back and try the burritos. That Al pastor was definitely something to go back for.

One word for this place, affordable! It's a really good place in the taco restaurant spectrum in my opinion, but still can't compete with taco trucks. Tacos are priced from $1.70 up to $2.00 and burritos and tortas are around 6-7 bucks. Which is super worth the bucks! Place is a little tricky though. It's in the middle of a developing plaza right by the tunnel. So that's what you need to pay attention on. Overall, should go and check it out!
One of the only street tacos spots in Fullerton.
Poncho's has some of the best Mexican food in not only Fullerton but in Orange county. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are good for the price. If you need a taco fix or you just want quality Mexican food I would highly recommend this spot. The shrimp tacos were super delicious. I will definitely be returning to this spot.
You walk in straight up feels comfortable here ! I really like their torta de lengua it was pretty good today i came they didn't have lengua sadly so I ordered a torta de Pollo it was actually ok they also have a sauce bar with Lil bags and cups for you to take with you over all I like this place and will come back for more lengua ❤️
Hidden location. Tacos were was so good. I had 2 veggie tacos and 1 shrimp. Clean place and fresh homemade tortillas. Salsa bar had a variety, but I stuck with the medium red. Tacos were on the smaller side so I would've added 1 more or some rice. I will be back for sure and soon.
