This is high quality food. I rarely eat fast food. I hesitate to identify it as fast food because it was so fresh, non greasy and delicious. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and zucchini fries. We would definitely go back.
Nothing special about this place. I remember when it was pastrami shop back in the 90's. It's more laid back now but service is great, food isn't bad but they sure give a lot.

Everything about this place is amazing they have great food,services the atmosphere is so good. they usually theme the restaurant in whatever season or holiday is near or ongoing.
I absolutely LOVED their food. Especially their quesadillas and omelette a. Couldn't get enough and went back everyday for an early lunch during my time in LA.
It's also absolutely spotless in the restaurant and the owner and all the workers there were so kind and welcoming especially when I made a mess and spilled coffee everywhere on accident.
I'm a huge comfort food person so I would 100% go back to Golden Ox during my visit.

Really good cheap eats! They have the best carne asada taco salad! Great big portion and full of flavor! Their burgers are cooked to order and always taste so good!
You ever have those days where you just need good food fast? This is your place; their fish tacos and onion rings are something I always crave when it's been a stressful day. Their hot dog and chilli cheese fries are also phenomenal, worth driving to every time I go!

It's a burger joint. And that's what I would recommend. We did go in the other day for breakfast because it looked amazing on the menu however I have to say I most likely won't do it again. I ordered the steak and eggs and my husband ordered the breakfast burrito. My steak was over half of fat and a little piece of meat and not very well seasoned. My eggs were cold. My husband's breakfast burrito was a typical breakfast burrito however the bacon inside was a little on the rubbery side, and again, not seasoned very well. But we go here quite often for their chili cheese fries, onion rings, and burgers. This was my mother's favorite place before she passed away. If she could've had it her way she would have had chili cheese fries every night. The breakfast may be better than we had and that was just a bad day but again burgers are a must here.
