Curia on the Drag is a wonderful reinvestment of an existing space! Actually, it's an eclectic artistan wonderland located in plain sight on NW 6th street. With a mixture of coffees, teas, wines and beer, how could you go wrong? The service can be a bit pedestrian at times, but few would mind too much - your wait can be counterbalanced with a tour of the palm lined main entrance, boutique coffee deck or the main interior space, which is an eccentric fusing of Art Deco and Thrift Shop Couture. Overall, Curia on the Drag is one of the best coffee shops in the city, where parking is seldom an issue. If you're looking for a beverage - caffeinated or otherwise - you'd be hard pressed to find a place with more style and nuance. Did I mention they have olive trees and a Velociraptor in the parking lot?

Hands down the best plant/based food I've ever experienced. Creative, flavorful, we tasted 6 items in the menu - LOVED them all! Even my 11 year old thoroughly enjoyed his Baja tacos. I over ordered - but guess what- we finished it all! We also loved the secluded and private driveway and grounds which included a coffee shop, and a small art shop.

This is the most beautiful and innovative place in Gainesville with real quality art, food, coffee , wine and talented staff. A well thought space serving our community with heart and soul. Love it!
