Not only was the staff friendly, but I haven't had such clean tasting/non-greasy food in quite a while. The food, as well as being healthy, tasted amazing! I got the regular size bowl with veggie quinoa and brown rice as my base (with the regular size bowl you can pick two bases, two veggies, and two proteins, with the small it's one of each), balsamic mushrooms and green beans for veggies, and spinach feta turkey meatballs and the ancho chicken for protein. Since it was my first visit, one of the staff members behind the counter gave me four of their sauces to try, where you would normally get two with a regular bowl.
The sauces as well were great with what I had selected, and I enjoyed the avocado caesar and chipotle ranch the most. I think if I had gotten a different protein, the citrus vin and barbeque sauces that I also tried would work well those as well. Overall, I left Vale Food Co. having had a portion that was just right, and feeling genuinely impressed with not only the quality of the food, but with the friendliness of the staff and manager as well. I plan on making this a regular stop for the foreseeable future!
Reviewing the dining experience isn’t just about breaking down ingredients or listing out menu items or prices; it goes beyond explaining whether service was good or bad—it’s being able to take someone with you through the experience. At vale from the moment you walk in, you can expect to be greeted and hand held through the process of why Vale is Great. The endorsement of a food critic may carry more weight—but as a potential diner, I can't say you can can get better quality food at the price. After all, most of us are regular food lovers; and if you love food you will certainly love Vale.
We passed by for an Açaí bowl before we made our 6 hour trip back to Miami because we visited The Florida springs. Being completely honest we were very satisfied with the Açaí bowls, the Açaí is great both in looks and quality and you can tell that they made it fresh because you can see them making all of the ingredients that you ask for right in front of you. The wait was worth it 10/10
The food was SO TASTY and fresh, the smoothies have no added sugars or fake stuff and just taste like the actual fruit and ingredients listed on the menu, which is so refreshing! Would eat an entire bowl of the sweet potato mash or cauliflower or the vegan tenders ALONE if I could! And good portion size for the regular bowl, would last me 2 whole meals!
Delicious food! I'm a Vegan Chef, rarely eat out. Today .y friends invited me doe a little bon voyage! It was the best treat of my day!
