First visit last Friday to celebrate our 38th Wedding Anniversary. On arrival our table was ready and decorated with an Anniversary theme. Each person who greeted us, servers, hostess, manager, etc. all wished us a Happy Anniversary. The service was wonderful. Our waitress, Elizabeth, was on point from start to finish. She knew perfectly how to guide us through the extensive menu and the wine list. Appetizer -Seafood Tower (for 2) - huge and presented to make an impression and it didn't disappoint :) Ribeye and Filet were both good but the RIBEYE was the king of steaks for flavor! Lobster tails great. Caesar salad, roasted tomato crab soup, creamed corn (made with spicy jalapeño). Pineapple bread pudding with creme anglaise, and chocolate bark that melts in your mouth. Food was exceptional! An all around flawless evening, we will definitely be returning, after all who wouldn't want a repeat of all of that awesomeness!
Amazing service and amazing food!!!! Had a dinner reservation for 630 got their early and was seated right away. The waiter explained what steaks where the best to get. The waiter always came by to make sure everything was ok as well as the manager on duty. All around great place.
Went there for my birthday this past weekend and the whole experience was amazing. Starting from the warm welcome and a birthday card to getting the best service from David and a very delicious bread pudding😋

The food and atmosphere is always excellent! Servers are always great! My husband was partial to the baked potato that had bacon with honey. Calamari was so good!!
Was there for a company holiday party. Exceptional service! The staff supporting our room were friendly, really took care of the couple of attendees with mobility issues, made sure that the appetizer boards were well stocked, our drinks were refreshed, and our meals were as ordered and timely. Best Ruth Chris I have been to.
Nothing bad I can say about my experience here. The calimari and spicy shrimp appetizers were delicious and the brussel sprouts and mushroom sides were okay. As for the steak, is it a bit expensive? Can you watch a YouTube video and make a very good steak at home for much cheaper? Yes and yes. But they are using USDA Prime and bringing it out sizzling hot, so it is what it is. I would say the best part was the service. The waiter was very on top of things and very good at answering questions. I also left my coat and got a call immediately before I even got to my car. Overall, I would say it is not somewhere I would go solely on the value of the food, but I would recommend considering for special occasions as it will be high quality and you will be treated well.
We use to frequent this restaurant prior to the pandemic. Oh my goodness we missed the 500 degree plate. The service was beyond excellent. Our server William was absolutely the best , you couldn't ask for anything more. He covered all and everything. The various staff that worked at our table was really amazing too.
We were there celebrating our son's birthday. Our appetizer was Calamari. My son ordered the T-Bone Steak and Garlic mashed potatoes, my wife ordered Lobster Green Chile Mac & Cheese as her entree. I ordered Salmon Shrimp and Ruth's Salad.
The food was excellent, hats off to the Chef.

I came for a birthday celebration yesterday. The food and service were great. Most of us ordered steak & lobster. The streak was cooked as how I wanted it.
This is a great location. I really enjoyed the meal and definitely recommend trying at least once. With that said, once is enough for the price. I didn't find the meal exceptional. It's a nice treat for a special event though for sure.
Our server, William, is such a great server. He has a great personality and very welcoming. William knows his stuff and very attentive. The location is a little far so I hope William is there next time.
I went here for Christmas and had a very mixed experience. The steak was amazing, but the sides were kind of hit or miss. My party started with the lobster bisque, which I normally love, but there was a terrible bitter after taste to it and we all sent it back (we aren't the sort who would normally do that but at $15 a bowl it should be fantastic - or at least palatable). I also found my creamed spinach very meh, though the garlic mashed potatoes were quite good. Considering the price and reputation of Ruth's Chris Steak House, I was somewhat underwhelmed.
Amazing experience- I celebrated my 21st Birthday here and had the pleasure of meeting Henry, an extremely knowledgeable and attentive host- not only did he offer amazing suggestions; he also was constantly checking on our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal and even offered to take a group picture before we left. Apart from the amazing client service- the food was outstanding! I ordered the tomahawk steak, creamed spinach, mashed potato’s, artichoke dip, and a blueberry mojito- and everything was extremely delicious and filled with flavor. I will definitely be coming back! Side note: they also added a complimentary dessert for my birthday which was the perfect way to end my meal!! 10/10 (:
Update: We came back today for my Partners birthday and had David as our waiter who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We also had the pleasure to say hi to Henry again- One thing that is always consistent here is great flavor and great service. Highly recommend.
