Relaxed atmosphere. Food was great. You pick your toppings after your sandwich goes through the toaster. Only reason I gave 1 less star is because the person adding toppings didn't hear me when I asked for some lettuce because he was busy chatting with a co-worker. The jalapenos in my sandwich were very 🔥, but don't know if that is normal or just my luck that time. Good thing I didn't mind the extra spiciness.
The people working here are attentive, accommodating, and helpful. Service is fast and the place is always well stocked. I come here regularly.

It was my first time at Potbelly. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It was delicious! It’s toasted bread, melted cheese with ham and veggies all together was an AMAZING bite. The bread is so delicious! I’m definitely going back! The workers were very kind.
I have been going here for a long time, food quality is great, but the price is a bit too much for me. In addition, the bathrooms were very unsanitary during my previous visit.

I had a large italian on multigrain with everything on it and it was really good. It was not very crowded and my sandwich came out in reasonable time. This was my first time at a Potbelly's and I hope it's not my last. I would gladly stop in again when I'm feeling like a hot sub.
I like Potbelly because they are you can request one of the most delicious Mediterranean salad that you ever tried also you can get any sub you'd like. Their prices are very very competitive, besides they are very clean and very kind treating customers.

Always great quality and good service. Same reliable taste and environment. Pot Bellys has a variety of subs but I always get the BIG Italian. Milk shakes are highly recommended. Enjoy!
