Located in the Rio, I am surprised this Starbucks isn't larger given the traffic in this area. There is always a line, but thankfully the efficiency of the baristas make the wait relatively short. The personalities of these baristas are hilarious. Sometimes I stop working just to listen to their chatter, and they are sooo amusing. In terms of the drinks. I think they are really generous compared to the other Starbucks in the area (ie. Flower Hill Way and Goshen Road) in the sense that my cup isn't 99% ice. This is also a pretty neat place to do work. They have tables and a counter to do work.
Nice and convenient to pick up coffee before after the movies. Kids are always read for a cake pop 😂
Honestly a really great Starbucks. They're always reliable with their drinks and the place is always clean. I love the staff because they're always so friendly. I come everyday on my lunch break just because of how great this place is. 10/10 would recommend. Even when they mess up on my order, they correct it right then and there and are pleasant about it.
I REALLY wish I could give this location more stars. All the employees are amazing, they never cease to amaze. They make my coffee correctly every single time and make sure all the Batista's know how I like it made. They always make me feel welcome and part of the location family. 10/10 always reccomend.
This Starbucks location is fantastic. Fast service, amazing sweetheart staffers. Am in crutches and sitting in comfy chair. Clean bathroom, sunny storefront and outside cafe tables. Love the warmed up Chocolate Croissants, drinks with Almond milk and Panini with tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil. Been coming for years.

All the other reviews obviously remember where this Starbucks is, I dont, so trust them. It's probably fine though. You're only going to be in there for 10 min average. You'll be fine. Why are you looking at the reviews of a Starbucks anyway. Just go get your secret menu item and be on your way, stop wasting your time.
I like Starbucks. Their espresso is decent, and the lattes are quite good as a result. I've never tried their cold drinks, as they don't interest me much. The regular, non-espresso coffee has a burned quality, as the beans seem over roasted.
Most Starbucks are good, but this is a good Starbucks. It's got a lot of space for the area, and the outdoor seating is great on a nice day. Very easy to walk to if you're anywhere near the lake.
Well it's Starbucks, so you know how the coffee and food tastes (and the music). What distinguishes the Starbucks of the world is seating and service.
This particular location has plenty of seats and has a great location near the movie theater. It also isn't very crowded at all after the morning rush. They have decent seating outside. Which you may want to take advantage of after you read below.
The negative at this location is the service. The am manager here is ridiculously loud and boisterous. He apparently partakes in the caffeinated beverages a little too often. The rest of the team isn't bad, but it's hard to tell since his energy takes over the scene. If you plan on chilling for a bit you can do much better at the Barnes and Noble down the street.
Great place to connect to WiFi and have coffee, meet friends etc.
