Went to the Crown Gaithersburg location; third time going and my experience was without incident. The staff are not overwhelming friendly, but who is these days? They take your order, put it together and you pay. Cleanliness is higher on my list than a chatty server. They are not rude, just focused on getting through the volume. Now, the salads (Kale Caesar) did not disappoint and neither did the Chicken Tinga. Not an everyday expense, but a treat. I would rather splurge on a salad than a pack of cigarettes ☺️. FYI. The parking in that area is challenging.
I am a big fan of Chopt! While on the pricey side, the food is great quality! I normally get the regular Cobb salad but I've had good experiences with other salads as well. The staff is friendly and I'm a big fan of the interior.
A great place for a healthy meal. Love the concept and the range of ingredients. The staff is friendly, helpful and keep the restaurant clean and inviting. The music is "eh", they could use a better station. Great drink selections too!

Very nice lady made my salad (I forget to ask names)! Clean and fast. I have a gluten allergy and forgot to say something after my salad was made. She remade it happily and didn't make me feel bad. She's an asset!
The employees prepping the food were courteous and efficient. I was able to customize my salad perfectly, and am very glad the salad chopping employee recommended the hot honey dressing, yum! The tables are kept clean, and everything was in order for the lunch rush. I highly recommend Chop't for a delicious and nutritious meal.
Service is usually excellent. Some of the guys remember my order, which is cool. Expensive salads, but it's worth it. Most salads are Keto friendly with some modification. Gets busy at lunch when the weather is nice, for some reason...
This place takes salad to a whole new level! You can create your own masterpiece or choose from the many incredible mixtures that are made right before your eyes. Each time I go, I try something different and have always been thrilled with my meal. I definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a refreshing change to a healthier meal.
The salads are interesting (in a good way) and expertly prepared. The place is cheerful and pleasant. A wide variety of excellent homemade dressings are available too. My only negative is that it's a bit pricy for a salad, but that doesn't stop me from going regularly.
My most recent experience was really nice! I would have given 5 stars but this location had previously had a lot of areas of opportunity in staffing and inventory during peak time (out of dressings, lettuce, etc between 5pm - 8pm).
I will revise review to 5 stars if my experiences continue to be great like my last one.
