I think this is one of the better burger places in the area, especially if you're looking for a little more variety than 5 guys. They also have great shoe string style fries. Quality can vary a little bit, and the price is also not particularly low for what is effectively fast food.
I have been to this location in Downtown Crown multiple times and the food and service has always been consistent. The menu has a lot of variety and the burgers are tasty. I ordered the Classic Smash with a side of haystack onions this trip and I would choose a different burger next time. I have had the Truffle Mushroom, and Avocado Club before, which I found to be better than the Classic. The Classic was a good burger but it had nothing special about it. I would rather order one of the more unique options if I come here. The side onions are my favorite. They are super thin and crisp, making them different than a lot of other burger places.
The food here is decent and decently priced, most of the time. Some of the burgers and chicken sandwiches are smashed so flat, they're almost paper thin. I know that's they're signature thing, but it makes the food feel cheaper sometimes. The milkshakes are good and there's ample parking in the garage right next door.
Best burgers! They are on the small size, but are a perfect proportion if you want some of their fries too. Buns are really good, I love that the burgers are on the medium side of doneness, and I will be going back.
This was our first time at any Smashburger location, and we really enjoyed it. The food was well cooked and the staff were friendly. There was no soap in the men's restroom, which was sort of annoying, but otherwise it was very good.

Decent service, great burgers, below average fries and great shakes. Their choice in flooring is suspect. I always feel like the tiles are greased -- super slippery.

Absolutely amazing for a place that makes thier burgers on egg buns.the meat tastes fresh,the choices are great and the smash fries are best with a shake.
