Jerry's on 355 at Shady Grove. My wife and I are long time Jerry's fans and they seem to be closing. Three nearer to us are now closed so we risked life and limb to venture south of Shady Grove road... It was well worth it. The parking lot is a bit strange and the bacon on my ultimate was a bit to crisp but you cannot beat a Jerry's sub on a Tuesday night.
I usually come here in Monday’s for their $5.99 large cheese special. They make it awesome and if you ask them to make it crispy they can too. Whenever you have that craving for pizza, this is an awesome place to come. It can get really crowded, and the place really isn’t big, so at times it gets really full and backed up so pack your patience! Either than that the cashiers and service people are pretty nice and considerate. I once asked them to switch the channel because the “cartoon” that was on was too explicit for my kids, the manager graciously gave me the remote control and told me to change it to whatever channel I want it. Great move! So yeah I’ll be back... on a Monday!
I came in and got helped immediately by the cashier. I had a question about their mayonnaise they use and they were more than willing to accommodate me and handle my concern. I had a turkey breast sub and it was good over all. The facility was clean, although I did not use the restroom so I cannot speak on behalf of that. Sub was pretty good.
The food is exactly what I'm looking for, when I'm looking for it. The facility however looks run down and could use some serious updating. There was no ice in the machine, but the young man behind the counter filled it immediately, and there were no napkins in the dispenser, and he was unaware until I pointed it out. He got me some napkins and refilled it. Then he sat in a corner playing a game on his phone. Maybe that explains why things were not stocked, and the place looked like it needed a good cleaning. Fortunately, I go to Jerrys for the food, not the ambiance!
4 stars for cheap fast food. The dining area is always clean and reasonably quiet. I like that you can get subs or steaks or pizza, so it is an easy place to go with a family.
Not bad price for food that tastes delicious. I just wished they had more of a selection of fries and wings, but that's me wanting more, lol. Great food, great staff.
great steak and cheese. and love when the have slices waiting so I can have a slice while I wait for the sub to be made, but seems like they don't do that as often as they used to
Customer service was good, but the pizza quality was not consistent with the other Jerry's.

I never have a problem when I order from here. Other Jerry's don't seem to be as well-run.
