Great Ice cream. Kids liked it so it must be good. I tasted some too and it wasn’t unusually good , it was just fine. A bit pricey
Decent ice cream - great staff! However, I'm taking away a star because they have what surely qualifies as the ugliest teddy bear I have ever seen. I approached the staff and I asked about the bear .. I mean, come on, surely this butt-ugleh bear has a story! But instead I just got a 'we don't know, the bear is just there!' - I'm willing to edit my review and add the missing star if I get to hear the story of this bear.
Visited again for the first time in a while.
The experience was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for.
From the moment you see the delicious treats (which absolutely taste as good as they look). To the professional and helpful employees (I was being helped by caitlyn but the others also seemed to fit that description).
To the reasonable prices considering the quality and the costumer service. Everything was as good as I could have possibly wished for.
I can only recommend this store and the costumer experience!

I ordered a custom ice cream cake for pick up the day of a snowstorm. The woman working was so kind in double checking if I would be able to make it to the store for pick up and was even able to change the order to delivery since I couldn't make it out of my neighborhood. The ice cream cake was delicious and I'll be ordering again from this location!
Good Ice cream and creative combinations. Service is so so. Got charged the wrong price and I pointed it out but the girl was new and didn't know what to do so she didn't change it. I let it go since she was new but service is never friendly or that great. But ice cream is great! Not a huge fan of the mixing though, because it actually melts the ice cream quite a bit.
Who doesn't love Cold Stone? Man. It is really a guilty pleasure. My friends and I went here over a month ago and received great customer service. I wasn't surprised that on a Friday that the line was long. It was still summer and it wasn't "too hot" so it was still nice to sit outside. What was really cool to me is that the employees had a system going on that made the ordering and check out process really smooth.
I believe I ended up getting the Founder' Favorite with cheesecake ice cream. It was great to "remix" my own ice cream.
I've been an occasional shopper at the nearby Lowe's and had never noticed the Cold Stone at the other end of the parking lot. Nice shop, not busy (Monday evening), and well stocked with cakes, cupcakes, etc. I bought a small ice cream cake for my birthday boy, and the staff added a personal message. I'll be back for sure!

Friendly staff and very proactive. They had an error with their card reader so they made sure to post signs telling people to pay on cash or order online. I hope their online ordering system gets updated, because it is functional, but not comparable to other restaurant's online order systems.
Customers service was great!! The Ice cream was soooooo good my friend! The tall guy with curly hair is the only reason I came. Going back again just to see him.
