I’ve been coming to this place for years and I realized I’ve never given a solid review but this place has some of the best sandwiches ever! Always get a sandwich and chip and drink combo and it hits the spot every time. Got a firehouse melt for the first time today and it was so yummy. Have had a few of their vegan options as well as the meat ones and they’re both amazing. Took my vegetarian friend for her first time today and she absolutely loved it! Glad they’ve been around for so long, always happy to give them my business. Customer service is good it’s always wholesome interactions.
This is a simple deli, but with great food. I’ve been coming here for years. I greatly prefer the variety of this menu over similar places I’ve eaten. If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you stop in.
Seriously underrated deli!! I ordered the classic reuben (they have variations and other cool specialities). I was kinda expecting not much cause you know, sometimes good Reubens are hard to come by, but this was melt-in-your mouth fresh and tasty. I feel like the quantity was really solid too for the price. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Cute mom & pop shop - lovely staff. I like how it's also vegan friendly. I'll definitely be back for more
The staff is friendly and menu one of the Best I've seen in the area for deli selection with vegan and vegetarian options. Everything I’ve tried has been generously portioned and carefully made like the best homemade if not better. I’m so glad they survived the pandemic! This pic is of the turkey avocado on marbled rye.
Update bc I keep going back for more! So good! Many vegan options! These subs brought back a nostalgia of a these foods I ate pre-vegan. The Ruben is amazing! Italian and chicken steak are an A+

Most exquisite Italian sub I’ve ever had. The bread is soft and blends perfectly with the sandwich.

WOW! I got an amazing vegan Reuben in this place over the weekend. I would definitely recommend checking out this family owned restaurant if you're in the DC area. It has an extensive menu for vegans and non-vegans alike! 10/10
