I’ve had Boston market in some holidays since I was kid. The quality has always been consistent and I’m glad they brought back the corn bread. The food is always fresh and real which is nice. You get what you pay for. It’s better than fast food but of course not some high end sit down restaurant. Food has been consistent here for me.
I was there on 5/9/23 and I do want to make a special callout to (I think her name is Mary). She is an older woman who was working there. While she didn’t directly help us she was HUSTLIN and I saw her go out of her way to help a family that was eating there. I always enjoyed the food but never figured to leave a review. Seeing her work motivated me to leave this review.
Went during there promotion for the sandwhich taste test were they gave us a free sandwhich to compare to one we brought in.and there's was admittedly way better. Also the people behind the counter were super friendly given I came in with 3 others all going for a free sandwhich and they gave it to us all and brought it out on a plate and cleaned it all up for us as well. Must say there promotion did work cause I am planning to go back for a lunch.
Boston Market can provide good value with combined coupons or discounts. We purchased a whole chicken plus three large sides for 27 dollars and it lasted us for 4 and a half meals, which is solid.
My only complaint is they do not advertise price cost difference between the standard chicken with no sauce and the chicken with sauce for flavor. The sauce is rather expensive as it added about 4 dollars to the purchasing cost and we received about 6 or so oz of it.
For a fast casual dining experience, not bad. The place was virtually empty but the staff was kept busy with the drive thru and online orders rolling in. Cashier that assisted was lovely and everyone was up beat. Food was a little cold upon being handed over to us, but not so much so that it was inedible. Will definitely go again.
This place is cool. You can pick what type of chicken 🐔 you want, whether light meat or dark meat. You can also pick roast beef to eat. They also have sides like mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese 🧀, mixed vegetables, etc. And for dessert 🍨, you can choose between a cookie 🍪, 🥧 or a brownie. You can even see the chicken cooking 🍳 as they rotate inside the machines they have there. If you feel like having breakfast, lunch, or dinner, try eating at this place when you get a chance.
I really enjoyed eating here. I was in town for a few days. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. The staff had to deal with an extremely rude and hateful woman while I was there. She was just being the worst and very difficult but the staff was calm, cool and collected and handled the incident in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation. I've been here twice and it's been great both times. Reggie was the cashier and he was very friendly and helpful each time. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Who never knew that a bagged lunch could be so good! I had the Thanksgiving Meal and I was really satisfied! The food is pretty fresh and very delicious too! It's a great option to have when you want something quick, yet something made in-house! Definitely a great recommendation!
Walked in to place an order at a busy time (dinner rush) hoping to be early enough to grab the prime rib dinner. No such luck- sold out. It was good to see that business was going strong in the midst of the pandemic. There was no inside seating but no shortage of take out orders. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes with 2 chicken rotisserie dinners and carrot cake. Took a star for not the warmest of greetings. Busy or not, a smile goes a long way.
The garlic and herb chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor. The creamed spinach tasted yummy as did the mashed potatoes with gravy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean as was the restroom. If you're missing Mama's home cooking then this the place to go😁
Came in earlier because my sweet tooth was craving it. Super nice staff, especially the kind woman who helped me at the front register! Super glad I took a minute to grab something. Food was good and store super clean!
