So it's my birthday! I am craving for some Jamaican food. We pack the family up and meet at IP Mirage lounge. Me and my best friend ate here on two other occasions, and we were amazed at the professionalism of the staff. First we wanted to sit together, and not feel cramped so they opened up their banquet area so we would be more comfortable and turned on the Jamaican vibes music for entertainment. Then the chef came out to greet us I think his name was Norvell. Our waitress Sonia was not disappointing either, she did her best to accommodate. The food was amazing, I was able to sample a dish because it was my birthday and I had a free slice of rum cake. If you are looking for a nice Jamaican spot to get your caribbean crave..this is it.

Place was good, service was good we tried their cocktails and were good we tried french connection which is VSOP and Grand Marnier and Mirage Mist which is Vodka Pineapple juice and Blue curacao. Recently frederick law doesn't not allow them to serve food and hookah indoor, so if u plan to smoke hookah you will need to sit outside. Best part is they provide lot of heater for outside which helps during winter. We tired their Pan and Mint flavor hookah and was great. Thye were changing charcoal on regular basis. Definitely worth visiting for ambience and service

The food here is amazing. The oxtails were so good. Only downside and it's no fault of the establishment, but you can no longer smoke hookah inside. Drinks, service, and music was good.
I have been about six times every time I go there I have a great time. But I don't like the BOB Marley shot wasn't good at all, I don't know if they change that shot or something or was the BOB Marley mix drink that I had before but I don't like the shot.
Such a fun experience. I sat outside under an umbrella and used the headphones. There were two different stations to toggle between. I enjoyed the hookah and ordered the wings. Caution the wings are spicy but so flavorful and cooked really well. If you're looking for something fun to do on market street I recommend!
The staff could be attentive and could use some good music. I went on a weekday and food and hookah was great with many flavors ( including paan my personal favorite).
I love it!! A total vibe for couples night out! Me and man went the over the weekend. Great selection of music! Drinks are great! I believe I had cob sliders and they were amazing!!
I tried this relatively early on the weekend and there was plenty of space. The music selection was on point and it wasn't too loud to have a conversation. The later into the evening you go, the more crowded and noisy it becomes. Hookah is about as good as you can expect and the prices are at a good spot too. Friendly staff from what I've seen.
Awesome place, don't mind the bad reviews! The Owners are really sweet and very engaged with the customers. The food is real good and the hooka and drinks are good and fairly priced. I had a really good time and I am coming back this weekend!!!
I just visited there for the first time last night. It's a beautiful place, the clientele were so nice, the owner is nice (and very cute!). He's starting a belly dance show there on first and third Saturday nights. It's a long drive for me, but worth it because the place is so nice. I will be performing, and other dancers, too. Frederick is such a beautiful town.

This place is one of my absolute FAVORITE spots in Frederick. Great music and atmosphere. Expect hip hop and r&b with sports on all of the Tvs. I would describe this place as chill and laid back. Never seen a scuffle nor drunkin idiots. The waitresses are nice and pretty cute as well. Decent bar food and great drinks. Now for the finale! Plenty of choices to mix and match flavors for your shisha and individual mouth pieces provided for sanitary reasons. The prices have gone up a bit since I lived down there (2012/13) but you still get to share with friends which other hookah places rarely allow at a decent price. The owner is also a kind smiling man and is a pleasure to chat with. The only cons would be the seating and the bathroom. There are private single bathrooms for each sex. The issue is it being a hot spot for the night life means mad people using the bathroom and the girls trying to keep themselves "clean" tend to urinate on the toilet seat and floor. Very unpleasant. Seating is minimal unless you want to be on a barstool. The most comfortable spots fill up quick. Despite those two issues the spot itself is a fun relaxing place to go with friends and relax. Definitely recommend.
