I love tacos. Have had almost every taco de carne asada in Gaithersburg but not sure how I miss this place. Decent size tortilla, carne cooked perfect enough portion, even the lime size. Can’t go wrong with tacos even for breakfast.
If you are hungry and in the area try out the torta a la cubana it's the one at the top of the photo it's massive and definitely worth it. Also recommend the pamabaso keep in mind the chorizo is pork so if that's not your cup of tea I recommend the hibiscus flower ice tea great to cut through the grease and clean your palate 🙌🏻.

This is a small restaurant, only 5 tables. You order from the front counter and will be eating with plastic utensils, but... if those things don't bother you, you will be very happy with the food. I highly recommend the Enchiladas Verde.

The real deal, true Mexican "antojitos", can't get more authentic than this. Good hygiene. Ample menu. When I was there, they had several flavours of "aguas frescas del día".
From the delicious food to the family like service, it's like the warmth of a home cooked meal. The desserts are amazing too, the gelatin flowers are literally edible artwork. The TV is a big bonus too. It's prices are just the icing on the cake, trust me your wallet and stomach will be thanking you after you finished eating.
I just discovered this gem today. The food is wonderful! I ordered 3 different dishes chicken enchiladas, chicken tostada and chorizo. I loved the tostada and was surprised how big it was! I imagined a small appetizer, but it wasn't. 2 or 3 would give you a full meal. The enchilada was good. It was a great balance, flavorful and not heavy. Rice was good alone and beans were seasoned, not salty. Honestly I got so greedy I couldn't get to the chorizo. Im certain based on the rest of the meal it will be good.
