Pizza Hut in Woodfield is our location of choice. They are fast and courteous and available. I like their deals as well. The Pizza Hut app works great with them as well.

I got the Big New Yorker during my last visit here (16 February, 2023), which tasted exactly how I remembered back when I was in elementary school! Good stuff!
Not super fancy (this Pizza Hut has been around for years) just solid delicious. Took me back to my childhood. I took my kids here for Book It rewards. Oh, the mini Cinnabon rolls are really good. I had carryout veggie pizza. Tasty
The quality of the food seems to have improved. It was delivered hot and quite quickly. Presentation was good. The driver followed my direction to ring the doorbell. I was impressed. The local location seems to have improved a great deal.
2nd Update: Five stars! Every pizza we order is consistently delicious. They are always fresh and ready when promised. The gentleman who owns this store, along with his daughter, are very nice and give excellent customer service. Well done!

Original review: Hit or miss! This location's pizza is either outstanding or terrible. I've had it both ways. I rated 3 out of 5 stars because it's more often just okay, and I usually get decent customer service.
Its pizza hut, I know. The reason for 5 stars is because the service. The lady manager is super nice and always knows what I want to order. And food is fresh everytime.
I have only done carryout at this location and have not dined-in. They process the orders quickly, and when I arrive to pick up my pizza, they show me what I ordered to make sure it is correct. I have ordered the Cinnabon rolls once and would not get those again, they were much smaller than I had anticipated and I believe they were undercooked. But as far as pizza goes, it's not much different than other Pizza Huts - delicious and cheap, especially with the online order coupons.
This place was a ghost town. It was only me and my fiance eating in there and it was 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. This Pizza hut does not have a salad bar or pizza bar. The food was great, as the pizza was fresh. We would go back.
I ordered the cheesy crust pizza. It was delicious! The crust was thin and crispy. I ordered this from two other Pizza Huts but found the Airpark Pizza Hut made it best! At the Fix Chapel and Festival Center the crust was thicker like a mix between hand toss and pan. Maybe the toppings made the difference.
My son and I went after I picked him up from school and we had a great experience. The young man behind the register was friendly and helpful with our order. We even had a coupon and he had no issue honoring it or treating us any differently because of the discount. We will return when our Pizza craving hits us again!!
