Their service is getting slow and unhygienic lately, the couple of tables have sticky surface, and so is the floor, one has to wait longer than it should be for QSR outlet, in the morning hours,
I did wait for 18 minutes I was there last time , and once longer, the Barista girl first spilled my sugar free hot cappuccino coffee, then she grabbed a dirty towel from a back rack and and wiped my cup, when I asked her to use paper/napkin she said it does not make a difference, on my insisting that how would I sip from a dirty cup, she made a face , snatched back my cup and threw it, what she gave me next was a cold sweetened coffee, I wonder why she made it a point to give me 3 pumps of syrup while she had just made a sugar free coffee, the manager was absent , by the way the napkins were no where in sight, whoever is taking care of this WOODFIELD DUnkin is doing very poor job at training people on ethics or service. No one always has time or energy to tolerate or train them in rushy morning hours.
Went there around 2AM the other night after not having been there in years and I had great service. Blasé and Zee were warm and inviting
Frequent this location regularly as it's the closest to my home. Even though it's a 24 hour location, you have to go early to get your choice of doughnuts. They do add more later but I don't know when it happens. The only issue I have is the cleanliness of the ordering and dining areas. It always looks dirty. The floor has paper and spills all over the place. The few tables available are always dirty. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated occurrence, it's every visit.
The worl best donuts. Oh God, I don't know who create the Dunkin donuts but please receive my best and greatest thanks. Marvelous and superb
Good morning Dunkin Donuts my name is Solomon and I am actually my name is Solomon and I am actually an employee of a Dunkin Donuts out here in Rockville Maryland I just wanted to post this to let you guys know that we do have exceptional customer service in our store please come by and try our delicious coffee as well as our very soft and delicious Bagels that are big by none the less than myself in the morning every single morning at Dunkin Donuts and in the meantime why not try also a beautiful and tasty coffee cake made by the baker inside Dunkin Donuts don't hesitate to come by and try some of our delicious and tasty for thank you and have a beautiful wonderful day
employees are nice, everything is clean. I wish they would give it more maintenance tho! it looks old and run down, some of their chairs are old and have huge cuts, if you go to the womens bathroom you have to exit it by moving the door handle in a weird way.
Did a mobile order and I arrived early. The barista had orders ahead of me but instead made my coffee. Great service!
Grabbing a quick & easy coffee at this Dunkin' has always been a breeze. Enjoyed hundreds if not thousands of coffees at this spot by now. Love that you can always pick up pretty quickly by ordering over the app!
The gentleman that helped my family was fantastic. He was very prompt, efficient and had an awesome attitude. Very much appreciated his excellent customer service. The ice cream was delicious too.
Our favorite Dunkin to go to! The owner and the workers are very nice that even if there's a drive thru dunkin near my work, we still drive to Woodfield Rd to give them our business. Workers' attitude count a lot!!!
