Everything that comes out of the kitchen at Hudson’s is insanely delicious. I’ve eaten here twice now for dinner and both times our meals have been cooked to perfection. Staff is super friendly and the ambiance is both warm and inviting. If you haven’t been yet, plan to go tonight! My recommendations: Apps - Firecracker Shrimp and Crispy Brussel Sprouts & Dinner - Chicken A Limon and Pan Seared Salmon.
Wonderful experience. This place came recommended to us, and it was easy to see why. Creative menu provided lots of interesting and unique choices. No one in our party was disappointed, as all of the meals were delicious. I ordered the Chicken a Limon with Angel Hair Pasta. The chicken was moist, with a tasty lemon sauce. For my first course, I had the Grilled Peaches which was most pleasing to the palate. Service was most accommodating and attentive. Very comfortable and relaxing ambience made for a pleasant brunch experience. Ample parking.
Wow! What an incredible place! The atmosphere is eclectic in an old transformed building. I attended an event there and the food was fantastic! However, it was the staff that really made the event flawless. They were attentive and doing exactly what you wished waitstaff would do.
Now let's talk food. The appetizers were fantastic especially the pizza!
Wonderful main course selection of salmon, chicken, beef and pasta.
The desserts - I tried it all and do not favor anyone because they were all fantastic!
Great place for a small event & can't wait to go for a regular meal.

This place caters to everyone, WITH an awesome soundtrack to go with your food and drink. Phenomenal dining experience. Top shelf Margherita and Exquisite Steak Frites med rare. Best kept secret for now. Salud, enjoy.
The host was fluster and not very pleasant. I ordered the burger with a egg on top. It was top notch for the price point. The fries were definitely not an after thought over all great meal.
My fiancé Bryan and I came for dinner for the 1st time last night. No prior recommendations we just googled places to eat and stumbled upon hudsonsmill. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the experience was fabulous! We did not have reservations and the restaurant was quite busy but Jimmy made sure we were sat and had a table super fast. The service was exceptional and the food was just amazing. The French onion soup was probably the best soup I have ever had. Not to mention the pretzel with the beer cheese and the chicken wings we had for our appetizers they were so delicious.The chicken limon was great. Perfect amount of sauce everything was so tasty. Bryan got the chicken and waffles and has had them many times at other places but he said these were the best he has ever had! Kudos to you chef. Everything about this experience was 10/10. Would totally recommend. Can’t wait to come back and try the brunch!
I have mixed feelings about this place. I started with the tacos and they were pretty delicious. The service was also decent, however my problem was the dessert. I ordered the grilled peaches and ehh. The dessert wasn't cohesive. It felt like I was eating a dip with bread, then a separate dish of peaches. Also it was drowning in olive oil. I just didn't work for me. Buuuut the ambiance and setting of the restaurant was dope. It had a modern, chic rustic vibe. Perfect place for a date night.
