It’s been a long time since I’ve been blown away by any restaurant. But this place was definitely worth me taking my time to get if of I35. Its a scratch kitchen and all items are made fresh. I had the awesome shrimp quesadilla as a starter and my main meal was the blacked trout and one again it’s was awesome. Thank you Wendy your service was top notch!
Love Blue Corn Harvest, I took my picky girlfriend and Mom here on our last visit to Georgetown and they loved every bit of it. Started with the New Mexico Pork Verde my lovely girlfriend had the Cotija Pasta and my Mom had the Tinga Relleno. I personally had the Ground Beef Enchiladas with the Guajillo Cream Sauce substitute the rice for veggies and my plate was very clean b4 I left to say the least. We took my dad home some 512 Pork Enchiladas and their Cornbread Muffins are always on point. Of course my Mom had to try the blue corn tortilla soup and it was amazing. They just opened their patio in the back the wood is waiting to be finished but I can see many tequila or texas wine dinners going down out there. Such an amazing place we will be back to this location and our home location off 1431!!!
