I've been going there for years now. The last two times, absolutely fantastic!! I usually get the sampler. I also, get the lemon chicken soup. It's the best, I've tasted..This place is always pretty good, but lately it's amazing! I personally, think the recipe on the soup has changed a little from the original owner, not sure though? I also get a Greek meatball, because I don't like lima beans(delicious). My daughter always gets the chicken gyro and lemon chicken soup. I've been there 2 or 3 times this year now and the last two times have just been REALLY good!! Please, keep it up! If you love Greek food,I would definitely recommend them!

I have eaten here since they opened 8 years ago. Mr George and his beautiful wife provided the most excellent Greek food around. I recently went through the drive thru and found out there are new owners, which I met at the window. I have to say there has been no change in the quality of food. It was delicious as always!
This is not your typical sit down restaurant - Grab your tray, get your food, pay for it and sit down. Good quality food and portions - rice, soup, pita were good, grape leaf dolmas a bit too dry, reliable service (with some language barriers), Decent atmosphere. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best

Delicious. Fresh. Consistent. This is not my first 5 star review of this place! I’ve been eating here for over a decade now, and hope to for another decade more of dining here! I live in Austin but make the trip up on occasion with my boyfriend and it’s such a treat for us. It’s consistent every time and the flavors are UNBEATABLE! Tonight I ordered one meatball for myself and it was INCREDIBLE. So tender and flavorful and I should have ordered a whole bowl of them! Anyway, I LOVE Plaka. If you’re visiting Georgetown and have heard delicious rumors about Plaka, they are true and you should go there immediately! Happy Greeking!
Yummy and fresh food. The best thing about them? They have a drive thru!!! Staff is bilingual which is a plus!
Oh my gosh, the food here is INCREDIBLE. My husband and I got gyros (delicious) for lunch: they were fresh and amazing. He has the soup and very much enjoyed it. I had the salad and it was some of the best dressing I have ever had. All the veg was very fresh and crisp. Apparently they do a lot of to-go business, and we will definitely be back!
Good food. I had the gyro (lamb) she had the chicken salad which was huge!!! We both got a slice of pie which is the Greek version of bread pudding/pie? It has cinnamon on top and was good. The restaurant itself is very plain, almost feels like a fast food place.
Great Greek food. Tried the combo meal with gyro meat, chicken and a meatball over rice with a Greek salad. Yummy. Only downside is they only do take out and drive thru orders. But it's a nice change from the usual Mexican restaurant or bbq fare in Georgetown.
Very surprised at how you go through a cafeteria type line, choosing foods, checking out at the end. Excellent food. I'm accustomed to linen table cloth type Greek restaurants. Low key is a perfect vibe though for casual dining with tasty food. Staff, very kind. I had the gyros and lemon soup. Both were very nice 👌.
This place is straight bussin. Even if you don’t like lamb meat, which is scrumptious, they have a chicken wrap that is absolutely mouth watering. Their top tier item is hands down the rizogalo, it’s a rice pudding kinda sweet thing. Honestly worth the drive from anywhere in the county. They even got soup so good Esau would sell his birthright all over again.
