I love this place. The food can be made Gluten Free and it tastes amazing. It is a growing concept in fusion restaurants that will go far. The guy who owns the place comes out to the table and introduces himself and his kindness and character show in all of the other employees. I recommend this place for so many reasons.
This place is awesome! Both cultures created an amazing fusion that tastes and looks great, and they're doing it all with fresh, local sourced ingredients.
The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and made me feel like a part of their family. I will definitely add this hidden gem to my list of regular spots to eat!

Definitely enjoyed and will visit again the options they have, the portions they give you the wait wasn't long, just about everything was done infront of you and I've not heard the term torta use around here never brought me back to when I lived in Cali!
This is a wonderful place! I got the bowl with tofu and it was fabulous. I enjoy the combination of flavors and textures. Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!
this place is reeally solid and i love the concept. it's nice to have a local business that kinda presents as chipotle but with asian twist. the birria was super juicy and braised perfectly. the staff is also really nice and pretty quick with handling the orders. i was full on two tacos and really enjoyed killing the last one when it was cold. it still tasted really good.
I never would have though of this fusion...what a great idea. I had a PHO bowl and was able to add ingredients both traditional and Mexican. It was delicious! Being able to add sauces after for different flavor and heat is such a great idea. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back.
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was a great food experience. I ordered a phorito and some tacos. The phorito was loaded with food and flavor. Adding in some Vietnamese items just put it over the top flavor wise. The Al Pastor tacos were extremely good also. Lots of filings, lots of taste. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.0.
I’m embarrassed to say, I live in town and have never been to this restaurant. The food was delicious. So much so, I actually took a photo. I ordered the three softshell tacos, one with shredded pork, steak, and the other was the most tender chicken I’ve ever had. The toppings were fresh and robust with flavor.
The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend their chili queso. Delicious!
I cannot wait to return.
