I had to make a return and service was fast, there was no line and i got my refund issued within a few hours to my amazon account. The guy at the counter was very helpful and there was a large handicap ramp in case someone needed it. I wpuld highly recommend driving here instead of an in store partner.
Went for an interview their very festive in the warehouse they got massage seats for the workers all kinds of stuff which is great hope I get hired
Never fun to have to return something you got from Amazon, but this location makes it a breeze. I've never had a bad experience here.
On November 26th I returned a package to be sent back and received an email acknowledging the receiving of the package at the sight.
Long story short, Amazon itself was not acknowledging it was received at the hub. No refund was being processed.
I returned to the hub two weeks later and the costumer service rep., Andraniqa, at the Hanahan hub gave me 100% of her time and effort to solve the issue with the Amazon people.
Couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was amazing . The whole process was about 25 minutes long and because of her help, I now have an email acknowledging my return with a promise of refund within the week.
Thank you Andraniqa ( and Jody who helped with encouragement towards the end) . You need to be given a raise for outstanding work!!

I just want to give Kudos and Big Thank You to the Young people assigned to my route on Bayboro Circle. 10 Months ago, I fell off a ladder requiring major surgeries and no walking for 7 months. I could not go down my stairs on my knee scooter so we purchased a mail locker and I placed a note on my door to please drop off in the locker. Continuously these youngsters assisted me and now I would like to give them the biggest accolades and thank you Ever. I hope you are recognized for your kindness and compassion. I really,really appreciate you. THANK YOU❤❤❤
Easy to get to. The signs in the parking lot for returns and pickup customers is the same parking spots as handicap parking. Then the sign for drop off or pickup is hard to notice because if the employees only entrance door is open you have no clue that it's the next door. Amazon employee working counter was great and asked if I had any questions. As soon as they scanned my return I received message for refund. I may start using the hub instead of going to UPS due to the closest one to my job is always busy.
Have driven for the company for over 18 months and I love it. Scheduling is great—4 days on, 3 days off and the overtime is optional; not forced. The new building has a really nice break room with coffee machines, snack machines, and ample microwaves.
Soooooo easy to just drop off when you've done everything online! Quick in and out!
It is always clean and organized. They changed the way they accept a code. I returned two items and only received an email for one.
