Food was good, I didn't have to wait long at the curbside pickup, but they did slightly less up the order- I ordered 5 sandwhiches, a sandwich meal, and a salad. One of the sandwiches came with no bun for some reason, but they did give me an extra order of fries. I wish they gave me more than a chicken filet on the one "sandwhich" but I guess the 2nd fry kinda made up for it. I also ordered the sandwiches well done and they accommodated. In case you're like me and like the crunchier well done sandwhiches just know they will not do it in other states, but every chick fil a in Texas has been able to do well done sandwhiches.
Every time one frequents this Fast Food Restaurant, you marvel at the perfection of their business model. At busy times they will have up to two employees stationed outside assisting with your order. Long lines move extremely fast!. The food is consistent, fresh and tasty.
Parking lot is kinda annoying with construction around Carrier Pkwy but curbside ordering is a definite plus! I love 💕 ordering on the app because you have plenty of text boxes to type in optional meal customizations! Like, large soup...my kids share, so I type “2 spoons & extra bowl.” I got it and didn’t feel like I was annoying the person taking my order. I even got to type “2 cherries please” for the milkshake they shared so the kids BOTH got a cherry 🍒! Thanks so much CFA! Y’all are the best! I’ve heard rumors you can order a Strawberry 🍓 and Oreo milkshake 1/2 and 1/2! I hope this is true...wish me luck for my next order! 🍀
Ordered food, and went to wrong location at first. Once correct address was found I called and told them of my mistake. I told them which spot I was in and my food was remade and delivered to me hot and fresh.
Lost a receipt for lunch and called 13 days later for a copy. Mary and Jim took about 5 minutes called me back and emailed copy to me. Saved me paying out of pocket for a company expense.

Food is always fresh, hot and tasty! And team work is amazing. Everyone thus far have been kind, accommodating and keeping not only themselves safe but the customer also. That's why I am a frequent flyer😄
