It lived up to the actual reviews, this place is quiet, cozy and delicious. I tried the steak and the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were supreme, and the beer OMG I'm a hug fan of red ales and the beer didn't disappointed at all. 10/10. My only concern is that I won't be able to come back any time soon. But If you are around GR área, give this a try.

Always great fun here. Best "gift cards" ever sold. It's a large heavy coin. Food and chefs are amazing, so is all the wait staff. Stopped in for a pint, and they had a battle of the chefs event, where each made their own unique slider. Cast my vote, but truly awesome food. Great English pub style vibes and beer, top notch food.

Chris & Karen, two recovering attorneys, opened this place a little over 5 yrs ago and both the menu & beer selection have been steadily increasing. The most recent addition is a BBQ smoker and the wife and I went up to try it out. Extraordinary. The sides of cole slaw, mac & cheese, and a healthy chunk of cornbread were all generous. No wonder why the place has people waiting to get in. Do yourself a favor and make a trip to come to Alger Heights and enjoy Brass Ring Brewing.
