We had a delicious meal after having gone to the Palace to watch Eddie in Chicago The Musical. Our waiter was super helpful in checking on ingredients since someone in our party had an allergy.
We had my dads 70th birthday party there and the service was amazing! The waitress was great, always taking care of drinks and even helped with taking pictures! The hostess and coordinator even helped with the “conspiracy” of surprising my dad. Definitely recommend for a party or just dinner.
Eddie George’s is a classic American sports-bar/restaurant. Great selections that everyone will enjoy, happy staff, and a great Buckeye theme! I always feel welcomed there and never have a bad meal!
The food was great. We had the turkey burger, Mac & cheese, and fish & chips. Friendly staff, the food was yummy, great quality and they got it to us quick (we were pressed for time). All in all great place!!!
It's good, but.... It's overpriced and the martinis are hit and miss. Stick to a tap beer and one of the sandwiches.

I went there expecting overpriced mediocre food, and every time that I've been there the food is consistently good and the service is great.
They have wonderful sandwiches and burgers here. plus a great place for drinks and to watch a game. try the burger that has pulled pork on top of it. parking stinks, but I've never had to wait for a table. good service too. and the men's bathroom is really cool. I won't explain it here, but check it out if you're a guy.
Only looks expensive. I know some people won't go here because it looks more expensive than other local spots - but it's not! It's reasonably priced and undoubtedly one of the best spots for sports. You can see a TV from any seat or spot (if standing room only) in the house. Nice selection of beers, as well. Came here for a late dinner/snack and a couple of drinks, so the only thing I didn't like was that the music was nearly too loud to talk. It doesn't need to be so loud - it's a sports bar, not a dance club.
Average. The food is good and what not but this place is nothing special.

Tasty eats. Sure it would be overrated and overpriced I visited Eddie George's Grill while driving around OSU seeing all the new changes they've made since I was there last.
We were seated promptly, a nice window table with a good view of campus. There are many tv's in the place with various sports games on when we visited.
We started with the ultimate cheese fries and they were ready in minutes and just that, cheesy!! Crisp thin cut fries covered with a mildly spicy nacho cheese sauce, bacon, and green onions they were very good. The salads are a generous size for a dinner salad and my Chimichurri Skirt Steak (rare) was phenomenally delicious. Cooked perfectly, drizzled with a very thick and creamy chimi sauce, served with a side of mixed greens and a vinagrette dressing, as well as 5 cooked plantains that were soft, slightly spicy and a perfectly delicious accompaniment. The 1/3 lb burger was huge, and my mom seemed to enjoy it very much.
Overall a nice place to eat, as long as you don't mind the loudness of the large room and the tv's.
Heavenly Burger. Loved this place. The bathrooms were very cool. The guys told me that the men's urinals had an upside down M in the bottom for those wicked Michigan fans. Tehe, tehe....
Anyway, the mushroom swiss burger was fantastic! Very well seasoned and so tasty! The place had class and great service. It also helps that the restaurant is located on the OSU campus.... OH... IO!!!!!
Bathrooms. So, I heard (from my boyfriend) that the mens bathroom has one of those windows that from the bar, is a mirror, but from the bathroom is a window. So, while he is using the restroom, he won't be missing any of the game...... pretty cool, too bad they don't have something cool like that for the womans bathroom! The food is good, but the atmosphere is the best part!
