I went to this location expecting to be treated like a disruption instead of a guest, based on the fast food service industry lately, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was welcomed right away at the counter by a very friendly employee (possibly manager or assistant manager) who had his facial hair properly covered for food service. He was patient while I tried to figure out what my husband wanted while I was on the phone w/ him and after I placed my order, I had to add something and it was done with utmost courtesy. The food was promptly prepared by another super friendly employee who also handed it to me. Everything was correct and delicious. Friendly, efficient and correct order. It's hard to find one out of 3 these days at a restaurant, but this one nailed it! Good job Cousins on 74th and Layton!

Honestly, the experience was ok, sandwich was a total mess split in half and wrapped all crazy. I did feel the need to give 5 stars though just because of one WONDERFUL employee! Thank you so much Cole for taking my order today. Wonderful attitude, wonderful customer service skills, and wonderful leadership when talking to your team. As someone who has worked in food service and is now a manager in another service industry field- Cousin's is lucky to have you!
